welcome to web merge in this video we're going to show you how to automatically create a contract from Salesforce and have it sent over to Adobe sign for each signature using web merge we're going to do this in three steps the first step will be to create a template contract within web merge the second step will be to create a delivery method of the populated contract to Adobe sign for a signature the third and final step will be to map the merge fields within your template to the correct Salesforce fields within Salesforce so the first step we created template within web merge to do this we're going to first sign in to our web merge account using our username and password which will bring us to our documents page which is what we see here we're going to click the new document blue button to setup a new template will be prompted to name our new template we're going to call our new customer contract to your opening name yours whatever you like click Next then we'll be prompted to decide where you'd like to either build your template or upload your template from you have three options your first option is to build your template within our document builder within web merge this looks and has the same punch of functionalities as a Microsoft Word your second option if you have a third PDF is to use a PDF editor to input your merge fields within the thurible space hit browse and upload your your template your third and final option will be to use any of our Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint just set with the PDF you'll need to make sure that you put your merge fields within your template click browse select file and upload the web merge for today's example we're going to use our document builder so we'll click document builder and then select create document at this point that will bring us into our document builder like we said before in loop second Microsoft your application has all the same tools up here available to you whether you want to import a logo an image or import a table all these functionalities are available to you here I have created a document way to save us a little bit of time that will still allow us to see the full process here how to create a template within web merge mm-hmm first off I'll bring your attention to the great tabs here this is your workflow process within web merge to create a template your first tab is overview this is going to show you how many merges your particular template has had in the last 30 days your second tab moving left to right and builder that we saw before except you can see I've already built a contract document template here I've imported the logo I've also built though the body of...
