hello beautiful people welcome back to my channel so today we are going to talk about business banking llc ein taxes all that kind of stuff now you guys see me looking down it's because i jot down some notes so just a disclaimer i am not a tax person or advisor or anything like that i'm just going to discuss the way that how i did my business my lone sign agent business put the information and um all that in the description box below if you guys are interested so now i have uh i already own a real estate business and plus other things i business that i do with my husband we have a c corp business and also an llc business with c corp um so according to google um a c corporation is a legal structure for a corporation in which the owners or shareholders are taxed separately from the entity the tax enough profits from the business is at both corporate and personal levels c corporation income is taxed at a flat 21 rate in addition c corporation can fully deduct state and local taxes c corporation are not flow through entities that's why they are subject to double taxation owners of a c corporation we should reduce or avoid tax double taxation have a several strategy they can follow retain earnings if the corporation doesn't distribute earnings as a dividend to shareholders earnings are only taxed once at the corporate rate shareholders who work for the corporation may be paid higher salary salaries are taxed at the personal rate but are deductible expenses for the corporation salaries have to to be just adjustable to the irs however employee family member from members can receive salary for working for the business this is another way to take money from the corporation without the corporation having to pay taxes on it first the same restriction about justification applying to family mem family employees salaries borrow from the business is a corpora if a corporation owners takes a loan from the corporation is not treated as a taxable those two business we already doing other things in them um when now that i'm alone signing agent um i could not do use my c corporation to do my loan signing business because i'm already performing other businesses in that corporation and due to some insurance reasons why i couldn't um get use my loan signing business within sc corporation being a loan signing agent you do need um some insurance now um you can go to the national notary association and get the e and o insurance which just the disclaimer that um according to them it only covers notorious acts it doesn't cover anything has to do with loan signing so you do have to look into that so if you plan on doing loan signing um definitely look into if that will work for you or not but for me um i did the eoe and i went with um barrick if that's not a bad barbaric if that's how they pronounce it i'll leave the information in the description box now um with them they denied me insurance and that's how i found out that i can't perform my loan signing business in my c corporation nor my llc because i'm already performing another business within those um corporations with those within those business so what i had to do i had to create a a dba um business to attach it to my c corporation now uh dba is just um it's like you're operating it's like an umbrella like my c corporation is the umbrella and you're operating underneath it so that's what i have to do in order to be approved for their insurance and their insurance i have the um the notorious insurance and the insurance for loan sign and both combined with that i am with um this company called anderson business advisors they have be the ones um taking care of all my tax and creating my business and um my advisement and all the kind of stuff i deal with them however they are not cheap at all so if you're the type of business that you're trying to um be in a different status um i would definitely say check them out but if you just buy yourself solo then you know you do you boo but for me um my corporation our business are we're becoming a greater and greater and every year we're increasing more and more so um that's why i decided to go with anderson business advisor and i've been with them for close to two years now and they've been great phenomenal so i love them so every time when it comes to creating a business i always go to them for the advice and um they will create the business for me so that's what they recommend this business they recommend my c corp and my llc for different things now my dba is operating underneath my c corporation so what i did when i got my dba i just have to go to the bank let them know hey i have a dba and they will add on my dba to it to my bank account um so i can get the checks through my dba or i can do it through my c corporation but the insurance will be through it doesn't matter because they're like it's like did they ying and yang like their brothers and sisters they come they're like yang yang so i'm gonna call the bank um today because we do have our own um preferred bank personnel that we talked to um i call her today and she's like yeah it doesn't matter if you you like to write a check to my dba account or they can write a check to my c corporation so long as the dba is attached to my business c corporation account then i'm fine dba was actually what um close to two hundred dollars for the to do the dba so it wasn't that expensive at all and that's how i created my um corp my business but it's again it's operating underneath my c corporation um tax wise it worked out best for me tax wise um again i do have a tax person that does it um there with anderson business advisor they're great they do have a youtube channel that you guys could also check out if you guys want to get more information about taxes and stuff like that and also um notary to notary she has a tax um course in her program if you guys want to check that out also i'm not a tax person though so i have to go with the professionals i don't know why my husband is knocking the door just open the door babe my housemate is so funny because i'm in my underwear no i'm not videoing anything to do with you just don't come over here he's so cute you know i'm not even close by that but um so yeah so that's why i end up doing a dba um and i'll definitely link the different places that you can go and get um your eoe insurance also everybody is different some people deal with the lc as a sole proprietor some people do a c corp some people escort page you do you um will do what's best for you my ein is still under um my ain is with the dba and my bank that i use i use wells fargo i'm gonna show you guys what my what my um business portfolio is how big it is so this is my business portfolio like look how big this is this is what anderson business advisor this is really this is what they this is what they do they get my portfolio get everything ready um i'll only tell them the name of the name that i want a business they tell me what business i should create that's best that's best fit my needs and they create it get everything done also i do my yearly filing and monthly funding terms of my meeting minutes so i can get um a tax break on my c corporation through my meeting maze also gets um meeting rooms at the office i can schedule meet rooms at the office and a lot of different things i can do um with anderson business advisor but yeah they're they're like the top of top company like these are all papers everything like all these are documents um that they get done for me uh so i have like my do now items that i have to do now my state filing section um my art my um my organizational meetings that i have to do meetings um every at least 14 meetings a year so i can get tax break from that to my c corporation my bylaws my shareholder minutes that meetings my shareholding meetings that um i have to do within my company my director meetings that i have to do within my top my company my stock and ledger um that i have to do and then it has a business license so that's everything that i have to do here which again if you guys trying to get your business to another level you can guys can check them out and see if they'll they they're right fit for you but they basically was the right fit for me this is what their programs are i don't know if you guys could see the prices and what they offer i have a lot law coordinator um i have uh my law coordinator which is like my advisor that set up things for me and then i have a person who that i give my advice in terms of what i want to get done i just okay then this is the right business for you like she tell me what is the right business and um i have my um tax personnel that i ask along all my tax questions they do my taxes um i do i don't have an accountant with them i just do my own accounts and stuff but they basically tell me um they refer me to um a program that i can use for my accounting and stuff like that and um the lady at the bank also helped me out too which um she's our main person that we go to at the bank um if you have the same structure i eyes i do in terms of if i'm if you're operating other businesses only one business like a c corporation or anything like that you may want to double check with um the insurance company because a lot of times they do not want you to operate other business out of that out of that structure okay give me a kiss structure um onto that business they just want you to do one thing love you i've seen four days i leave early in the morning before you come so that was with me why i got denied because i was also operating other things they just want if you're doing loan signing this one loan sign only in that particular business
