it better I did try to take like a like a an Aleve for the pain okay did you take anything else no I'm just and what was the outcome did you get better or somewhat um I didn't see much of an improvement okay have you tried it oh you said like any other type of you know probably besides the leave that you took but home remedies or anything like that any stretches for your back no I haven't trade stretches but I did do like a nice cold patch okay did that work um some why I mean it felt it felt good but I still good you know are you having any other type of send some symptoms besides lower back pain and stuff going on for about five days and then you notice that it when you're in the process of moving and just kind of notice that whenever you pick up certain things okay you said medication no no okay so just so that leave together okay what about any illnesses that you had in the past okay so you're pretty healthy yeah and what about hospitalizations have you been hospitalized in the past no well I did have a surgery at the hospital had an inguinal hernia her yeah okay when was this mm-hmm I think I was like in second or third grades and what was the outcome social history so can you describe to me what your day is like your daily dance like I wake up like around 6:00 in the morning get ready I got the kid at school and then from there I had to work and then I get out for two and no you told me that you you are you busy since you're working and you have to go home and pick up the kingdom how would you say your nutrition is do you get your three meals a day yes um in the morning I make breakfast for myself and the kids and then for lunch I usually pack my lunch if not I'll go out and buy something for dinner and I usually cook out for dinner okay and how often do you go out and eat I try to keep it to a minimum so probably two or three days max for the week yeah really you know since you're really busy it's a lot easier to go and what are your usually your plates consists of or your dinners or lunches breakfasts I usually try to do like you know a portion of like protein and I like vegetables asides and that's pretty much it okay so you do have that's great you do have you know everything equal you get your vegetables that's awesome how many glasses of water do you have a date um I carry around at work so I really maybe like four times throughout the day okay okay um and in regards to exercise do you get your would you say you exercise I tried to sometimes at home I try to I have a treadmill so I get on when I can you got to do you know anywhere from 15 or 30 minutes of running or walking okay that's good in how many days a week do you usually do that about three much of them yeah they're doing those well the good thing is that you at least know working out you know that's great okay so now I'm just gonna ask you um do you smoke no no okay what about training did your Campbell every now and then not too often it is just social drinking yeah okay so how many times a week would you say if you do drink probably like once a week I got some football Sundays when we get together and what do you drink usually like a margarita and how much do you have usually over um anywhere from one to two margaritas these are just social in okay and you told me that you work where do you work at I work out of school okay are you a teacher I'm a secretary Oh in Secretariat okay so you were just a school secretary yes okay great and and in regards to your support system who would you say is your support system my family we're all very close so I definitely rely on them you know to kind of look after my kids or just you know just family and then I have a few friends close friends that I can also rely on okay great so it'd be your family your friends so it looks like you have a strong support system is good no you told me you do have children um are you married no I'm divorced Stewart so hey are you sexually active no no okay okay alright and how many did it just live in your home you I know you told me you have two children and then I would assume yourself is this anybody else live in your household um no just
