The most significant benefit is that it's easy for my clients. They're able to fill out and sign contracts I send them with ease. Using templates is very positive for me too - I send out the same contract many times, and being able to do that efficiently is very beneficial.

okay this right here is an invention management system I designed and I can actually be customized to suit your business processes whatever it is that you run in your business all probably your company just wants to automate business processes so this can be customized to suit your business process and any other design that you want it can be designed for you all right now let's just take a look at how this works I have four command buttons here one user login purchase entry sales entry and I log out now how user login controls user access the controls which user sees what on this worksheet okay now purchase entry controls every purchase inventory sales entry controls every Sales inventory I'm probably at the end of EB we can choose to log out of the system all right let me just take a look at this user login equated to multiple user as a guest user and an admin user all right now let me just start with this with my guest user okay one two three four all right I log into
