have money I don't have money I don't have money I don't have money I don't have money I don't have money I have money there is a way that you can have your contracts and projects funded remember always say you don't need money to get started in Government Contracting but let's say you do win a government contract they say that contract is for a hundred thousand dollars right but you don't have a hundred thousand dollars to facilitate it because you do got to pay people you may have to use equipment there's so many different things that you may have to do before you're able to submit that invoice to get paid for that government contract well once again they all they've already thought about this for you already right so I'm gonna take y'all on a little journey through the sba.gov website and where to find funding opportunities all right but I want to show you how to get them I'm going to lead you to water right but you got to make sure that you do the necessary actions in submitting your applications for these uh Financial Funding opportunities I'm gonna share my screen what I love about zoomy Okay so give y'all just a little better picture here because I have a curved monitor but hey check this out so I want y'all to go to .sba.gov all right I want to start we're going to start here .sba.gov anything that ends in a gov.gov is a government uh monitor government development structure website right and it's free right free so I want you to go here right so up top you're not going to click on business guy you're not going to click on Government Contracting I want you to click on funding programs here it's going to talk about the different type of financial instruments that are out there for you right um that you can apply for so number one you have a loan so if you need a loan uh to for operational expenses for you know whatever equipment you need to buy whatever you need right there's a funding mechanism for you if you need investment Capital if you need Disaster Assistance Surety bonds if you're in a construction space or maybe your projects say You must have a surety bond in order to complete uh complete that project or contract and then there's grants once again grants is not free money right it is a financial tool and instrument that you just don't have to pay back all right so we're going to click on loans okay here what the SBA does because the SBA doesn't give out loans the SBA has Partnerships with uh uh funding um Partners out there right it could be Banks it could be Credit Unions whatever uh agreements that they have in place once again the SBA doesn't give out money they have Partnerships so what you can do is that let's say you need a you know small business loan here they give you some great examples to help small businesses right they have lending Partners out there that can loan you the money that can help support your small business right what is it I mean what type of loans are out there it is seven Alpha loans there's 504 there's micro loans I'm not going to get into uh the in depth of the type of financial loans that are out there this is for you this is an informational video for you to be able to come here and do the necessary research on your own but as you see here if you need a micro loan of fifty thousand dollars or less right there's opportunities out there for you now you're probably like well I know I haven't been in business and I don't have any X Y and Z it doesn't matter right so you never know what lenders are out there okay so you want to click find the lender okay and then you go through the necessary steps right describe your needs get matched in two days talk to lenders apply for a loan right they want you to get ready they want you to prepare so they want to make sure that you got you know they're going to check your credit history they're going to see the amount of funds uh uh that you use they want to make sure you have a business plan right do you have an industry experiences now if you don't check the box for a lot of these different things that still doesn't mean that you're not going to get the financial uh assistance that you need right so now let's go back to um other different areas right so you know you got investment Capital I'm not going to go in depth in there but there are grants that are out there too now remember in order for you to receive any federal grants that are out there you must be registered within the systems for award management sam.gov all right well look at that we got covert relief program grants we have my favorite exporting grant for State entities the stat Grant right I'm going to create a whole different uh video on what is a step Grant and how you can benefit from the step Grant right small business grant programs that are out there right so as a small business remember there's so many different financial instruments out there for you to use but I want you all to come to sam.gov I'm sorry sba.gov and I want you to click on funding programs and I want you all to take the necessary action and I want you to take the necessary time to literally go through these different funding vehicles that can help you out your organization so Hey listen up share this video I want you all to tell you know whoever that needs to hear this information where you can find some funding information and remember this is all free of charge if anybody has asked you to pay money to submit an application that is a scam or fraud or or commercial uh type of organization out there but this is all free right this is free free free free free free game for you to do it once again don't worry about where you are in your business just know that there are instruments out there whether you have experience whether you
