guys are probably already taken advantage of like google my business like google local service ads those are platforms that you guys can very much capitalize on locally why do i say that because they are very much local in nature those platforms specifically are designed to generate business for local businesses when when somebody types in attorney what's going to pop up is the maps and it's also going to pop up local service ads now as of about seven months ago attorneys were able to show up in a very coveted part of google which is the very top part of google previously it was that section was only available from a local service ads perspective to plumbers electricians etc under the local service ads platform now attorneys and realtors and professional services financial service advisors etc can also run local service ads well what does that mean what does it look like okay so here's a search that i did personal injury attorney atlanta okay check it out here's who's showing up council and associates butler law firm below that is the maps previously the only thing that was showing up here was the ads and the maps now you've got this new section here that is google screened google screened okay so and and for the um the other guys the electricians etc it's called google guaranteed but for you guys professional services they call it google screen now you have to do a background check license and insurance but i'm telling you guys one of the first things i'm going to suggest for you is to get on google screen get approved why because we've even seen that google they are putting this google screen badge down here with your google my business page why does that matter well why that matters is because there's a lot of spam there's a lot of listings in this section down here and google wants to get rid of that how do they do that they do that by only giving an opportunity for the for the attorneys to show up down here that have gone through the google screened process meaning a license insurance and background check this is how google is going to weed out the businesses that should not be in this section and this is the reason why they created google screen in the first place okay so i hope that makes sense this is where you want to be guys i'm telling you google screen and my second tip is to get reviews and not just any reviews but the kind of reviews you want to get are called google verified reviews and you can get that when you get set up and i'll show you so if you look at the the uh the reviews here see this added two months ago this is a verified review see that google verified job the reason why it's verified is because google knows that this is a real attorney and because the only way that you can get leads on the google local services platform is through the phone they are able to verify that this person actually came through the google local service ad platform and therefore verify that it actually is a real reviewer so you can see that google is moving to a world where they're able to get more verification not just anybody can set up and start running ads on this platform not just anybody can leave a review for this attorney on this local service ad platform so you want to get those reviews but also what i would recommend guys is that you continue to optimize your google my business page set up your google my business page optimize it get backlinks for it set up other citations sponsor the local baseball team little league do other things sponsor get other local links and then link them back to your google my business page that's what a backlink is okay and that is going to help along with getting reviews with getting your google my business page to rank higher so that you show up as butler or tobin or calca okay it's not just reviews there's other factors that they look at like the contents on your website but i'm just telling you guys the three big things that i would recommend that you do is you get google screen today you do it in the right way you do it now and that you put some good budget behind it um in order to get some really good quality phone call leads from this platform okay and then make sure that you answer all the phone calls because google is listening if you don't answer the phone they won't continue to send you leads i'm just gonna tell you i know this because we we do this we set this up a lot for a lot of attorneys okay um and when you get a review from your google my business page by the way it also will show up here okay most of the time like 90 of the time um but the google verified reviews that you get up here will not show up down here on the google my business page so i would work on getting at least three to five really good verified reviews on your local service ad page and then from there on out i would focus on getting reviews here on your google my business page because most of them are gonna are gonna work they're gonna move right on over and right on up to your local service ad page and why is this important serves atlanta okay they're only showing primarily attorneys that serve the atlanta location okay same thing if i do a search for west palm beach okay look they serve west palm beach this is a lo this is how you this is how you dominate local if you show up there here in the google screen section and you show up here on the maps you are gonna get a plethora for your local city okay you're gonna start getting phone calls especially if you've got a lot of reviews now a bonus tip get the what we call the naked link which you can get by going into your google my business page and here you go share profile get more reviews grab this link copy it send it out to as many people as you can because why because it is a magical link that allows you if i click on that look at that that's the link the people that you're going to text to people it takes them right to the review box they don't have to go anywhere
