i want to make sure that i heard what i think i heard on our website we should have something regarding our niche not just the general bookkeeping payroll profit advisory tax we should have something all near that not necessarily scott so you know what i would say is if you already have an existing website and it's general accounting and tax um that's not something that you have to change first to get your funnel up and running like your funnel is going to be separate it's just going to be kind of hosted separately right like a separate um page website kind of way to think about it so um if you have general messaging on your website i would focus on the messaging for the funnel and getting that launched first and um you can leave just the general messaging up on your website forever even if you you know do market or advertise to one specific niche for the purposes of you know marketing and advertising right but um you know to to i i also you know forgot to say this guys you know what i'm sure was was talking about you know niches and not wanting to to narrow themselves down this page right here writing ads only targeting dentists on facebook running ads to this page where it screams dennis all over it we have gotten clients who are dentists veterinarians i know one pharmacist one nurse practitioner i don't know the others but i know for sure that you know we've gotten um those different types of clients who have you know they saw our ad on facebook and they say well if it works for dennis you know like i'm interested maybe you know i'll see if they also work with people like me so i don't really think it's like as you know limiting as we really perceive it to be um with the way that people you know interact with it when they see it you know if it really depends on how solution aware the person is and if like you know if i'm a veterinary veterinarian and i really really have a problem that i need solved like right now and i see an ad for you know a physician you know accountant right like i might go ahead and opt in and you know so there's going to be a little bit of cross-pollination there um but yes got to answer your question directly i wouldn't worry about the website for right now people will as they come through your funnel as they see your you know they'll check out your website just to kind of like confirm make sure you're you know you're real but websites are kind of like digital business cards right you know you can have some general information on there about who you are what you do but the funnel is the lead generation mechanism right to where we're actually you know converting strangers into people who have some idea of what we do and then nurturing them into um you know prospects who are qualified ready to get on the phone with us so does that make sense scott yeah thank you yes sir very much
