so you understand exactly how it works and show you how powerful and insane this is I shouldn't even be sharing this much value for free I should be charging a lot of money for this but I wanted to give back to you guys as much as possible so you're going to learn the source basically on how to generate thousands of leads within minutes completely free using chat gbt and I promise this will be the most valuable video you ever watch when it comes to lead generation and by the end of it you're going to understand the cheapest and easiest way to generate unlimited leads and it's for any Niche so it doesn't matter whether you're working with real estate agents coaches plumbers Roofing Med Spar I'm going to cover every single Niche and how to do it as easy as possible so this method can be used to collect data including their first name email phone number Instagram and much more and we're not going to be using any softwares we're not going to be using any complex um you know systems it's so easy my 10-year-old cousin could actually do this within minutes so the best part is that it's completely free and it doesn't actually require any effort but the ultimate best part is that we're not getting the same leads that all the other agencies are going to be getting so what this means is we can actually get underexposed leads ones that haven't been messaged before by agency owners so it's going to be much easier to actually get these leads onto appointments so I've actually gone the extra mile in you know figuring this out and actually packaging up into a video for you so I cannot wait to share it with you and I'm actually going to do a live walk through right now so to demonstrate how easy this is you can literally go to um yellowpages.com in which you can find resturants dentists plumbers contractors electricians Auto Repair Roofing attorneys hotels more and more businesses than you could probably imagine there are and you can literally search for the location so I always recommend going for your local location um just because once again it makes it it sort of filters out the leads that everyone else will get if you go local and then you can literally search for any business so let's just say we want to Target plumbers you would literally just search this here you would click enter and you can see that we get their company name and we get their phone number so this is just one method I'm going to show you multiple methods in how to get leads and how easy this is is we basically just click command a or control a to basically like highlight the entire page and then we just click command C and then what we need to do is we need to um go into chat gbt I recommend chat gbt 4 but you can do this with any chat gbt it could be chat gbt free and you basically just want to paste that information into to the thing like this so it looks like this and it's a complete mess this is not how you you get leads but what you need to do is use the prompt that I'm going to give you as well for completely free and that prompt is in this Google doc here and you basically just want to copy this and you want to go back up here and you actually just want to make a few lines and just click uh paste it sorry and then you can literally just click enter and what it's going to do is it's going to analyze and actually put it into a table column for us with their first name company name and phone number and I'm going to show you how to get the emails in a second but if we scroll all the way down so you can see that this is really messy and this isn't really a good way of getting leads however this as you can see it's literally putting it into a column for us to make it really organized and as you can see I believe you can actually click on this and you get their website you get their phone number you get their first name for example um yeah Levy sun and this is a way of generating hundreds of lead in a matter of seconds which I've just shown you and bearing in mind this is just one method and it's going to get even crazier so let me just pause this but you get the point like you could do this you could use the yellowpages.com to get any thing it could be like restaurants so if we search restaurants you can see that you'll get that um but let's say you're working with niches that like are harder to find you can then just use Google so for example let's say we want to Target Fitness coaches we could quite easily just search um Fitness coaches and then what you want to do right is you want to do at Gmail and you want to click enter and just like what the other things done you're going to get a bunch of coaches and their emails so once again what we can do is just scroll all the way down and by doing this you're going to get more leads um because it can only copy what the page can actually see so you can scroll down as far as you want and get thousands of Le just instantly so we do the same strategy of clicking um command a command C to copy it and then we can do the same thing basically and I'm going to show you how to get their phone numbers in a second so make sure you keep watching and if we go down like this and then paste the same prompt here it's going to do the same thing but this is a way to get like um Instagrams as well so you'll see that let's say you're working with coaches it's literally going to give you their first name in Instagram email so you can reach out to them on multiple different platforms not just one uh platform whereas most people they just go on Instagram and they just sent Instagram DMS however you're able to get like emails and phone numbers using this strategy as well and it's completely automated as you can see it's just doing its thing um so you can see Madison uh who's a health and fitness coach you can see her Instagram link is um coach Mad Dog I think and then you've got her email and what you'll notice is that some of of these people it actually gives you their like personal email so for example Andrew who's a um I guess a fitness coach online fitness coach you actually get the personal email Andrew MI5 Fitness uh.com same with Casey same with Allison and it's just generating hundreds of leads like I could go get a coffee I could go do other things and it's just going to generate leads for me like it's crazy and bearing in mind you can literally do the same thing by going back into Google and I believe you can even put like instead of @gmail you can do their Instagram if you just want to find Instagrams but it can already do it for you because as I just showed you you're getting hundreds of coaches just like a click of a button in which you can use the same strategy for same with their actual like phone numbers you can go phone numbers here maybe not for coaches because coaches don't really put their numbers in like their Instagram but if we were to just do like um let's say let's say we want to Target like let's say real estate agents and I'm actually going to show you like a insane way of getting Reals in a second so keep watching if that's your Niche if it's not keep watching as well um but you can see that if we do the same thing you're going to get the same outcome and oh by the way you can literally just like copy this into a um into a Google sheet if you want and then let's say you're sending like emails to them you can use instantly. you can use smart le. um I've made tons of videos on my channel on how to send emails how to automate Instagram DMS you can use like Auto leads um which is an amazing software um which I actually built so yeah you can use that um so yeah like it's this easy nowadays to get leads so you've really got no excuses and um if we go back into Google I mean you can see that if we just copy this and do the exact same thing it's going to give us actually I won't I won't keep doing it because you can see how powerful this is but if you want to Target like Realtors you can actually think outside of the box and you can go to realtor.com and you can actually search for like your location so for example I'm in Florida right now so I can just search for Florida actually maybe I should have clicked uh so you want to click agents or find realitors sorry and you can put in your things let's just say let's just say Florida but once again Target your local area it make it easier I promise then you can basically once again you found like a bunch of people um and you can filter to like the certain price range that rating um and if you're really smart what I'll explain in a second is you can leverage this information using more Ai and actually create personalized first lines in your emails and in your SMS and and by the way SMS is like one of the most powerful methods of getting clients which just nobody talks about but that's the story for another day but you can basically copy like this information into the um thing so let me just try and delete all of this take a second there we go and if we just paste this in once again we use the same format in the Google um in the Google Doc here it's going to do the same thing and it's actually going to I mean you can actually if you want you can put more information into this prompt so if you said like give us the location then you could use that in your email to make it more personalized but you've already got their first name you've probably already got their company name you've already got their phone number so what you can do is you can literally like click enter and you can start just sending automated SMS or you know using AI code calling which I've made a video on in the past and if you want AI Cod cord if you want AI appointment sets if you want the best automations and if you just want my systems that will allow you to build a six-figure agency or business then I highly suggest you just hop into my school it's the cheapest it will ever be it's probably going to go up in price soon just because of the sheer amount of value in there as well as the results that I've been able to get for students in there is absolutely crazy so if you're interested in this stuff and you just want the best AI systems like yeah booking Bots automations funnels all proven and I've booked thousands of meetings then just hoop in it's basically nothing it's like a the price of a meal in London so yeah but as you can see this this is a really overpowered strategy um and you also get free go level software so you can literally just like import this into go high level so instead of you paying the $100 a month which is what go level is you can hop into my school and you can literally just send um SMS or emails at a click of a button without even paying for that software so it allows you to send so it's going to save you money basically it will save you money and time which is crazy but um anyway like you can just copy this into a um thing but as you can see like it's so easy to get leads nowadays and this is probably one of the most overpowered strategies so yeah I mean I hope you found this video valuable once again you can use this for Google to search for any business and it basically acts as like a lead scraping software just like Apollo and Lead Swift and Lead Kahuna lead gorilla how all these softwares work is they just scrape Yellow Pages Google other forms of web pages out there just to get the same data basically um so we're basically doing the same thing lead scraping softwares are doing but now we can use chat gbt and we
