day so that you can go out and spend more time doing the things that you love to do this CRM is going to automate campaigns so you will have leads calling you instead of you hitting the phones every single morning prospecting for a new business so let me show you how this CRM Works we're going to take a test drive on it right now uh this CRM is going to change your business so let's take a look okay the done by one CRM I'm going to show you right now the mortgage account this is not the real estate this is for mortgage a lot of it is the same the launch pad is where we are going to be able to get your mobile app installed so everything I'm going to show you right now you can literally do from the palm of your hand you could be sitting on a beach in Mexico like I was last week and running your business from your cell phone um so we're gonna get your mobile app installed um if you do not have a Google my business you want to get a Google my business account because we are going to get you five star reviews to help you rank higher on Google okay we're gonna connect your Facebook so that way you can start getting Facebook leads and all of your Facebook messenger and Google my business on messages are gonna come right here into the conversation log if you have a website we can add a web chat widget onto your website and then these are just add-ons right here that we can go over at a later time so if we look at the dashboard okay the dashboard is really where you're going to be able to see and keep track of your business so your opportunities how many people how many leads do you currently have how many have closed okay you're gonna then have a pipeline value so this is going to keep totaling your loan production and you can total it by dollars income made or you can total it by loan volume whichever you prefer what is your conversion rate how many leads are coming in and how many are converting into closed deals okay and then you're also going to be able to set your whole entire day daily tasks to keep you on task right here you can also task other people on your team so maybe it's order title order appraisal check on the CD these can also be automated so the task section is going to be on your dashboard it's also going to be on your cell phone so when you log on to your cell phone you'll see all of your tasks that are there waiting for you or you can assign tasks to other team members the conversation tab is where um you're going to be able to chat text email all of your contacts directly from here and then the cool thing is that when you make calls from the CRM they're all reported so all of your recorded calls are going to be in this conver conversation tab now this is just a demo account so we're not seeing any conversations here but this is where all of your conversations would be your contacts this is where you can upload an entire list what you're going to do is upload several lists um into the system okay and you're gonna you're gonna tag them whether it's past client current client referral partner realtor title agent however you want to tag them each lead can have multiple tags okay so it could be uh past client but it could be also sphere of influence maybe so once they're tagged and they're all uploaded into the system you can send a mass text message to all of them you can send a mass email to everybody you can also set them up on a campaign that will automatically reach out to them in a systematic basis and all of our campaigns are already set up you can also send them all a review request so if you are looking to increase your online reviews you can go to your contacts okay you can type in whatever you want so past clients click here on the review request and it is going to bring up it will bring up a review request it's going to go to the next page and we'll it will bring up a review request that you can then email and text out um whichever you prefer to all of your contacts at one time the opportunities section is one of my favorites because you are able to stay organized here by tracking your leads so you're going to enter your new leads here this is an entire automated system where you're just going to move your leads um across the across the pipeline so that way it will go all the way to either dead lead delayed application credit repair loan funded or clear to close Okay and there's all automations that are going to happen in this system so when I enter in a new lead okay that new lead will sit there and I can set them up on a campaign that's going to automatically email them and text message them the loan application until they fill out that loan application once they fill out the loan application we're going to move it over into application sent um once they've filled out the application and we've received the application we're moving that lead over into application received it's then going to go into document receive file and review once we've received all of their documents once we've received all of their documents we have two options we can send them a pre-approval letter and then move them over to the pre-approved and looking or we can send them to underwriting okay and um on a TBD or credit approval if your company has TBD credit approval that's great you can submit it to underwriting or you're going to wait until you have a contract once you receive the contract and it's moved over into the contract receive stage there's a form that you will fill out that's going to automatically text and email the listing agent the buyer agent if there's transaction coordinators as well as the referral partner that sent you that deal so once you fill out that form those automations are automatically going to go out to text and email all parties congrats congratulating them on the accepted offer and then also I'm just letting them know that you are the lending team that will be working on the deal and you will be updating them throughout the process you're then going to move it over to submit it to underwriting loan approved once we get it approved now here's the great thing on that contract received form that was filled out um when they when you enter the closing date okay it is going to send you reminders to get that CD signed 10 days prior to closing so the clock is going to start ticking 10 days prior to closing hey the CD's got to get signed the CD's got to get signed the CD's got to get signed so you do not forget that that CD has to get signed because there's nothing worse than losing um a missing a closing date because of an unsigned CD okay once it's clear to close you'll move it over to clear to close and once it funds and everyone gets their check or their keys it will go into loan funded okay if there's a credit repair needed we can keep them in credit repair because we need to you know follow back up with them in a couple of months or maybe there's a delayed application they said you know what I might be changing jobs I need to wait until the end of the year or whatever um so they can stay in delayed application a dead lead sometimes comes back to be an application so if you want to keep you know people in the Dead lead category for a certain amount of time just to see if they're ever going to come back you can put them in Dead lead but this is the new lead application Pipeline and there are all automations within here that's going to be systematically reaching out to your uh to your new leads as well as all parties to the transaction okay now there's several pipelines also that you can have here so maybe your closed loan pipeline um you have if you are doing a webinar or you're doing an event or whatever you can create pipelines for all of that to keep track of the people that came to your webinar or the people that came to your event so that we can send um automated emails and text messages all the way up to the event and then after the event thanking them for coming okay the marketing tab this is awesome because you can automate all of your social media posts for the entire year if you want to um me personally I automate all of them for the month so at the beginning of the month I will go I'll do all I'll spend about 30 to 45 minutes getting all of my social media posts um for the month and you can automatically post them and schedule them out for Facebook Instagram Google my business LinkedIn Twitter and Tick Tock we also have templates so you don't have to create new social media content if you don't want to I use both I use the templates but then I also will go ahead and do my own personal posts as well there's also in the marketing tab free written emails and text messages to go out to all of your clients so when you have a client and you want to send them an email or a text message you can do it directly from here and let's just say it was going to send them a text message I can attach them a file or I can just do a drop down use the template and there we go it makes everything so much easier and so much quicker and once again you can do that directly from your cell phone okay so the templates are going to be pre-written templates email and text messages if you have your own that you want to use then we're going to go ahead and get them into the system when it comes to automations this is on in my opinion the best thing about the CRM because these are all automated campaigns and workflows that we can set our clients up on that will automatically follow up with them whether it's from new lead to loan application or they're already um in the system they're pre-approved and we want to set them up on that pre-approved and looking campaign just staying in touch with them every Wednesday to make sure um you know that they're still in the market and to see if they need us to run in any numbers for them so the pre-approved and looking campaign is also another one um as well as um as well as several others that we can for new lead to loan application so if we want to we have a power dialer if you want to call all of your past clients or have a virtual assistant call your past clients for you to check in see if they have any mortgage questions and maybe schedule a one-on-one mortgage um consultation with you you can upload all of your leads into the power dialer and have that virtual assistant just start Dialing for Dollars and making those calls for you so these are all of the campaigns that we already have set up for you to be able to just get going set it forget it have people start calling you the pre-approved and looking campaign is when someone's uh pre-approved we will just automatically follow up with them um every Wednesday to see if they if you need to run any numbers for them we have um you know listing lead campaigns we have mortgage lead campaigns we have realtor attraction campaigns so all of these campaigns are already set up for you uh we have a past client funded campaign so in that past client-funded campaign it is going to task you to send a thank you card it's going to task you to call the listing agent one thing that we can add here is just a voicemail drop to the listing agent maybe we don't even want to pick up the phone and call them we just want to do a voicemail drop to that listing agent it's going to send an email to the client seven days after closing just thanking them for working with us and seeing if they have any questions and it's also going to ask them for that Google review in that Facebook review so that we can work on getting you more more reviews here's another template that will go out seven days after closing or I'm sorry seven days after that and then another one so this is a 90-day campaign for your funded clients send the thank you card call the listing agent try and get a coffee appointment with them sends an email to the client sends another email to the client on day 14 sends around 21 days another email to the client basically letting them know about how they're going to make their first payment um and then it will wait and drop them into another long-term past client-funded campaign so that is the past client funded campaign we have a reconnecting with prospects campaign if you are looking for more deals I highly recommend doing this campaign I've gotten several applications from it so what you're going to do is you're going to pull all of your past um clients or people that have done a loan application but it never went anywhere okay and you're going to upload um all of them into your contact Section you're going to tag them however you want to tag them past client well they're not really a client so maybe um you know pre-approval or whatever so these are going to be people that either did the loan application and it never went anywhere or it's just a lead that you got and you've never connected with them it is going to you you will with the voice recorder record a voicemail that just says hey my name is blah blah blah I just wanted to check in with you you have inquired about a mortgage in the past just curious if you're still thinking about buying or refinancing a home we would love to help we have a lot of great programs right now I just sent you an email please check your email and let me know if you're still interested okay so that would be the voicemail drop to them we're gonna wait two minutes and then send them a text message the text message looks like this hi blah blah blah I just left you a voice message you had done a mortgage application with me in the past and I just wanted to see if you're still interested in buying or refinancing a home we have some exciting new loan programs that might be a great fit let me know if you have time for a quick call and I look forward to hearing from you okay and then it's going to that was a text message it's going to send them an email so with within seven minutes of uploading all of those contacts and dropping them into this campaign within seven minutes it will go out to everybody so you have to be prepared to answer the phone and be able to handle all of the leads that's coming in you are going to get people that are going to tell you to remove you um you know remove them from your list um you're gonna get people to say screw you but you're going to get a lot of people that are either going to say yes I'm buying at the end of the year yes I'm looking now send me the loan application whatever so this reconnecting with prospects campaign is amazing if you want to get new business I'm not going to go into all of the campaigns here but as you can see we have like hundreds of campaigns that can't well 50 at least campaigns that can be used immediately for you to start getting leads calling you okay the sites these are all pre-built funnels if you are wanting to go in you know advertise online on Facebook on social media on whatever here are all different funnels that we have that all we have to do is change them with your information there's also funnels that you can co-brand with other real estate agents if you're looking to help them um you know promote their listings so this is another great way that you can co-brand or co-market real estate agents listings these are all the funnels um the websites if you wanted to have your own website if you wanted a website and you wanted to have it hosted through WordPress it is an up charge um we also have forms and surveys there's so many different things that we can do with that when it comes to the membership site this is where you can create a course for your team so you can keep all of your training manuals all of your you know videos everything into this membership site and it will look just like this okay so if you want to create Sops in your business um you know scripts for your team what you want them to say maybe you want to take videos on how to calculate income how to use the income calculation worksheets that type of stuff that's where that membership is going to come into play and then it's gonna look just like this so you can have several videos on how to do whatever you want people to do in your business now what this is in the CRM for you is your training section so in the training section you're going to go through and see how to upload your contacts how to get a new domain how to add a team member into the system okay how to set up your account calendar lead management how to manage your leads I also have social media how to do social media posts and then little tutorials on using chat GPT and different things um to help you grow and scale your business any of our Zoom calls are going to be stored in here uh podcasts that I have done with other people if you want to have just ideas on what other people are doing in their business um this is the podcast here the mortgage video library so this is where all of the mortgage videos are going to be how to use that reconnecting campaign how to use the new lead to loan application campaign everything is going to be right here but going back over the reputation tab is huge okay so the more you grow your online business the more reviews you get the more deals you're going to make so you want to make sure number one you're getting your Google my business account set up okay and then you're also going to want to make sure that you're connecting it with the CRM and you are requesting reviews then you can do it directly from your contact tab um or this is if you did send a review request they would be in here um you can send it directly from here so you want to make sure that you're getting reviews you're sending a review requests to grow your business if you want to do Facebook ads or Google ads everything will be done directly from the system so we can run the Facebook ads from the system you can track your campaigns track your clicks track everything directly from the system which is amazing um so that way you can start generating New Leads now if people message you on Facebook those messages are going to come into your conversation Tab and you're also going to get an alert on your phone when you receive those messages almost like you just got a text message so that you can respond back to people quickly okay so this is where all of the reporting will be from your Facebook and Google ads should you wish to do that so this CRM is set up to help you grow and scale your business is there a lot that it offers 100 um you know there's only a small amount though that you need to do in order to get going to start automating your business I know it might seem like a lot but if you take 30 minutes once a week for four weeks I promise you this system will have you and your business done by one you will be
