okay so you want to know the product launch formula steps right I'm guessing you probably found my video because you're looking for Jeff Walker's product launch formula the steps that you need to do in order to have a successful product launch if I'm right hit me a thumbs up if I'm wrong give me a thumbs down let me know then at least I know if this is the right video for you so let's Dive Right In now I'm going to show you exactly step by step what all the products product launch formula steps are plus I'm also going to show you a strategy that I use to drive free highly targeted traffic to your product launch so that you'll be able to build a huge email list that you can then launch your product to or you can even set it up on autopilot and create passive income from it from your launch which is amazing okay so the first thing that you're going to need the first step in your product launch formula is you're going to need to have what's called an opt-in page now an opt-in page is a page similar to what you see on the screen here where I'm offering value in exchange for an email address so an example I have for you is I have a teaching children about money course it's a financial literacy for kids and it's a 10 part video series so I offer that as a free gift in exchange for their email address and then after they get on my email list and after they've watched the video series and I've gotten to know like and trust me then I also move forward into a product launch to launch the my my Academy my Cloverdale Kids Academy so I want to show you how to do that so you first create an opt-in page now it doesn't have to be a 10 part video series okay it can be it could be as simple as a checklist a PDF maybe a small ebook of information that you have that is valuable to other people it could be a video and audio it could be so many things now I've only talked about digital things it could be physical products but they will cost you money so I really want you to focus on something you can give away for free so that you because this is just to build up your email list so we don't want to be spending a lot of money yet that's later once we've proven our product launch formula funnel then we can spend money on ads and things like that to drive more traffic to our funnel but let's get started with all of the free steps first and then build a nice solid foundation to then grow afterwards so you have your opt-in list and we're going to drive traffic to your opt-in list through places like Facebook and YouTube and Instagram and ads as well down the road but to begin with we really want to use social media and free platforms like YouTube um and like I mentioned the social media platforms like Facebook Instagram Pinterest Twitter Tick Tock and so on to drive people who are now interested in whatever topic your your social media is about to your opt-in page okay and so we're gonna really focus on building your email list to be at least 300 people so that when we launch your product you'll have enough people in your list to launch to that you're going to make sales and that's going to make you motivated to really build and scale your business if you do a product launch for like three people and nobody buys you're just gonna feel defeated and you're going to want to give up and that's why Jeff Walker always teaches the very first thing in his product launch formula course is to get that email list built up of people who are interested in the topic that you want to help them in so the first step is an opt-in list so that is step one okay then after we've done step one now we're going to move over to your product launch formula itself and the first step from the actual product launch formula beyond the opt-in page is what is called your pre-pre pre-launch all right and the pre-pre is all about getting people excited about this upcoming launch of yours and again you're going to be using social media you're going to be posting you're going to be emailing about but you're building up this this excitement for your launch just like apple how they do this excitement before they launch their new iPhone the same idea your pre-pre is all about just building the excitement getting people aware that you are about to launch this great product or service and that is what the pre-pre is about so it's the pre-pre is not like a page it literally is you communicating out and then on your social media on your YouTube in your emails Word of Mouth to other people that you're about to do this launch it's just getting people excited for it and of course you can use your pre-pre to then drive them to your opt-in page to put them on your email list and you can continue to communication through email with them so that is step two so I'm just gonna put step one so step two although pre is technically the first step inside the actual product launch formula strategy the opt-in is something you need to have to make all of this work and that's why I listed it first so the next step step three is your pre-launch so it's your pre-launch so let me just put down under here launch launch so step three is your pre-launch this is actually the content that is going to make people want to like really really hungry to buy your product or service and how the pre-launch looks it actually comes down into this strategy here you're going to have three pieces of content so let's have a look and we set up a page that has three pieces of content and these are called your pre-launch content one two and three so PLC for pre-launch Content one two and three and on these Pages you will have your content it could be a video Lesson it could also be any kind of content but something of value that will help your prospect go through the the Journey of achieving the success that they want and then being excited and ready to buy the product that you're offering and as well on these Pages you're going to have an area for comments this is where people can put their thoughts their opinions things that they're missing things that they want this is how you get to learn about what what your prospect is needing and how you can serve them better and so these three pages are all the same and I'm going to do the video as the example because video helps people feel like they get to know you so it is one of the most effective ways of creating sales but it is not necessary so if you're camera shy there are other ways around you could even do videos where you're facing your your voice isn't on it it's all good when Jeff Walker first started his product product launch formula strategy it was way back in like 2005 or 2003 possibly even and it was all just with email no voice no audio nothing fancy all just with email he didn't start with a video until like 2010 all right so he had what like seven years of success before he ever did a video it's just that in today's world video is highly exciting and people really are drawn to video and they like to get to know like and trust you so it does work best okay so those are your three pieces for your pre-launch content and the purpose of the pre-launch content is then to drive people from each piece into the next piece into the next piece and then into your fourth piece which is your launch so this is actually the real launch you you've opened the cart you are now accepting orders for your product or your service this is very exciting and Jeff Walker teaches us to have it in a very defined time frame so you're actually going to do this open cart let me just put this down here for a period of days and he varies between you know 7 to 14 to 20 he has got different strategies of what are working differently but you want to have a finite end date because it creates scarcity people want what you're offering and if it's going away that drives that scarcity so they really want to make sure they take advantage of it before it goes away so that is step four it's the actual launch your close cart window and then the fifth step in your product launch formula is your follow-up so whether that's with your people who have bought making sure that they feel comfortable with their decision to buy you're feeling you're asking any questions that need to be answered anywhere that you can help offering maybe more bonuses more help more things that they didn't expect to really make
