social media sites but let's just focus on LinkedIn for the purpose of this video all right so let's go ahead and jump into it let me show you what I am talking about and what you can do as soon as actually missed him on that post shame on me Dario wrote Liga I can keep going but every week I'm able to generate organic leads from this process these are better qualified leads leads that are inbound okay you're attracting them you're not this is not outbound marketing it's not a billboard you're not in their face you know begging them to work with you telling them hey guys I'm a recruiter and I specialize in healthcare um hey can I send you some candidates sometimes hiring managers are not going to respond to you you're gonna close your computer at you know 5 PM be frustrated bang your head against the wall and go to bed frustrated every day with that type of sales and marketing strategy it just doesn't work anymore you have to be different you have to offer value to your target audience to your target Avatar and then these leads will start pouring in like you're seeing right now here's one that I did last week check this out over 41 000 Impressions guys that's incredible okay this is what I did I created this in canva and then I created a um a message about recruiters don't let a hiring manager ruin your day took me 10 minutes to type this this or a post out and then I copied and pasted my call to action and put Liga right there for the for the you know viewer to do I got 44 comments 291 likes and some shares and it just keeps going so hope that helps you you can
