I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hey my friend welcome back to the channel and in today's video I'm gonna show you how you can automate your entire sales process so you can have a more scalable and predictable sales process for your company when I see that it's possible to automate more than 90 percent of everything that you are doing in your sales process from finding leads to onboarding your new clients you're gonna see how automation is the solution you have been looking for to really instill your company let's get started okay so this is a typical sales process with the different steps along the way okay of course that depending on the type of business do you have you're gonna need different actions and different steps here on this process but anyway this is just general approach that it's very common that we usually are with phrases is for other companies that we usually out of it for other companies okay so um I'm gonna kind of walk you through with a high level overview about how you can automate each step of this sales process and if this video gets more than 100 likes 100 times that I record one video for each step of this process to really go into more details about how you can actually automate each step along the way okay with suggestions of tools and different methods that you can use to automate the entire thing okay but just to give you a an overview about how you can automate that process okay so the first app is finding leads okay so depending on the type of business you have depending on your ICP your Geo client profile file you're gonna need to get leads from different places right so for finding leads you can create a script or an automation to describe leads from different Tools in different places like LinkedIn Twitter Instagram or any other website okay also you can potentially use um websites like Apollo to get the type of lead the type of company that you want to reach out to okay so the first step is finding the right leads so getting a list of leads that you're gonna reach out to okay and you can automate that process the second step is creating scripts okay for granny scripts you can use AI to generate the exact script that you're gonna use on your messages okay and she'll do that you need to get deletes Data before creating this script so what you're gonna do is that you're gonna use the data that you are getting from this tab to feed into the second one okay so let's say that you're scraping leads from LinkedIn then you are you can get data regarding their work experience their skills their summary and also any other information for that and you can use that to create this script using for example chargept okay but instead of actually going to chat gbt and typing all that data you're gonna use Chad gbt connected to the whole automation so you're gonna create this scripts automatically okay that's the whole idea of having this kind of automation okay and this step is really important because you don't want to send very cold messages general ones to every lead that you are reach out into okay so you you want to create very personalized messages so you can get it better to reply rate okay and this is really important so that's why you you have to automate they create the current script steps as well okay okay so the third one is actually sending the messages here so here um you can and I always suggest that you create a multi-channel um sequence when you are reach outing to your ICP to your lead so don't rely just on email or don't rely just on LinkedIn for example create a multi-channel sequence so you can get better results better replies okay so combining at least two different channels will definitely give you the better Returns on this um on the series of which efforts okay so once you create a script then you will use you're gonna use those scripts that you're creating to actually assembly the messages on a sequence okay and also like for sending messages here it's important that you combine in in the same sequence as I mentioned but like let's say that you are sending a connection right to LinkedIn if the connection invite is accepted you send a follow-up message only Kadin if the connection invite is unaccepted then you send an email so you can kind of combine the different actions with different tools okay the fourth one is of course actually booking calls okay so once you start getting replies you can of course automate the response of those who replies but depending on the volume that you are you are getting I you can keep doing the replies by yourself or using your team to do that manually so you can kind of engage with your lead and of course you're gonna try to book calls um to book calls I also always suggest that you use it to um like calendly or any other one to make it very easier for your Ali to book a call with you okay so what you can do is that once you start to engage with your lead and he's interested on booking a call for you you can send him or her your card link and also with three suggestions so if the lead kind of doesn't want to book the call using the link he can just kind of reply and with the type of like the the best time that works for him or for okay so that's looking calls of course that to book calls is not going to be 100 automated but you can use a tool like colorly to better automate that okay then once you get the code book you can send that lead automatically to your CRM so you can connect it to like colorly with your CRM so every time you get a new call booked you can create a new lead on your CRM that way you can manage all your needs in just one place okay so I highly recommend that you use acrm2 we can meet anyone and it can be any two um that you that you like okay so you had a call you the lead is already on your CRM and of course it is a qualified lead then the next step will be for you to create a proposal for that lead and you can automatically create that proposal okay so you're gonna I use the data that you have from that lead that's on us your CRM should actually create the proposal okay so you can create the proposal using Google docs for example using the different variables that you have on the CRM for example pricing email type of business and any other data to actually create the proposal and actually send the proposal to your lead and once you send a proposal you can actually automate the step to update the status of that lead on the CRM so let's say that you are changing the status of the lead to proposal send okay and you do that so you want to make the proposal Creation The Next Step would be to do follow-ups right so you just send the proposal now you're probably gonna wait a couple of days or maybe one week to follow up with your lead and here what I recommend you to do is to create automated stabs on your CRM so when you change the status of a lead on the CRM so when you move the lead from one stage to another on your pipeline you can create an automated email to be sent to that lead so let's say that you have any stage you have a stage on your CRM that says follow-up when you move that lead to that stage deadly is gonna get your follow-up email so you can automate that stack as well okay and the same principle applies to any other stage on that process okay so once you send the follow-up message and of course you can wait you can negotiate with your lead and once that lead is closed so once you delete becomes a client to your company then of course you can have a separate stage on the CRM for close clients or for leads one and then that can be the start of your onboarding process you usually one of the first steps on the morning process is to create and send the contract and the invoice and also you can automate that process so you can use the data that you have on the CRM for that specific client to generate the contract using any tool like even Google docs for hello sign or any similar to to do that so you create the contract with the different variables for that specific view for that specific client and you send the contract for your client to sign it and you can do the same for the invoice you can use a stripe you can use QuickBooks or any other tool okay so you create and you send the invoice to your client so your client can pay the invoice once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid that can trigger other steps on the client onboarding process okay so of course that's going to depend on the type of business you have but you got the idea right so as you kiss as you can see here on this entire process you can automate at least 90 percent of all the steps here that way you can hide a fully automated sales process running for your company and you can start collecting cash you can start getting more clients in a more scalable way right so you can use in your time to close those deals and also use your time to deliver great results to the clients that you're getting okay again automation can help
