personalized and attention grabbing elements inside of your campaigns then make sure to watch this video till the end where I'm going to show you how our custom Integrations work in three examples in smart lead in instantly and in HubSpot and after watching this video you will see that the process works basically the same in all tools and you will be able to integrate replic with the Outreach tool of your choice and if you didn't watch my videos before I'm Magdalena one of the co-founders of repc and let's get started okay so this is how it looks like when you're logged into replic dashboard and we're just going to quickly make a few replic videos and then we're going to take the file that replic gives us and put inside of smart lead instantly and in HubSpot to show you how the custom Integrations work so first off we're going to use a template that I have been saving and to see how to use the templates make sure to watch my video I made on that and here I'm just going to upload an example file that I have for this video and here we have it so we're just going to click next and then we're going to map our fields and we see that they are correct so I'm going to click next and then submit after processing the data we're just launching the process and that is how easy and quick it is to make replica videos and when the videos are done you're going to see three buttons appear and this is the new Integrations button that we just added and here is a list of tools that we integrate with and we started off with the Market's most popular Outreach tools and if you're using a tool that is missing on this list make sure to jump on the chat and let us know I'm confident that we can make make it work for you as well and really soon we're going to add automations inside of zappier make and P to be able to create really powerful workflows with your tool stack and meanwhile you can use our API to achieve the same results and here we're going to start with smart lead so let's see how the Integrations work so here I'm just going to copy this content and we're going to go back and see if our videos are done and you can see that they're done here so what you're going to do is just to download this replic file so we're going to download it and this is how the replic file looks like when it's downloaded and going back to the Integrations of smart lead we will see that what we need is the video link the video preview first name and last name so let's locate that so we have first name we have last name and then we have the video link this is the video link and we also have the video preview link to make sure to name the columns like it is here in the custom integration so the video link is going to be called the video link the video preview is going to be called the video preview like that first name and when we have our file we're going to just download it as a CSV file go to smart lead and add a new campaign and then we're just going to upload that exact file that we just downloaded and after uploading that file we're going to map our Fields so starting off we're having our emails and then we have the video preview that's one of the fields we need so I'm I'm going to use a custom field here the video link as a custom field and then we have the first name last name so that's all that we need for this example so I'm going to save and next and what we're going to do in the email copy is just to paste this content that we copied so we're going to put it there save and next and in the last step you will be able to preview all of your leads backgrounds and you can see that the background is changing adapted to each of my leads so this is just an example so I obviously only have three leads here but you will be able to do this for hundreds of your leads so this example is with smart lead and let's move on to instantly and we're going to see that it's basically works the same in instantly where we're going to go back to our custom integration page we're going to find instantly and then then we're going to name our file like this video link so we're going to find the video link and we're going to rename those columns like this and when we have the file we're going to save it as a CSV file like last time and add a new campaign in instantly add leads we want to upload that exact file we just downloaded and we're going to map our Fields so we have the video preview custom variable we have the video link custom variable and we have first name last name and then the email so that upload all upload and we're going to go back and copy this code and as it says copy this code in the code view of instantly so I'm going to go back find the code view of instantly and then pasting the code here there you have it and then we're going to preview how this is going to look inside of a test email so this is how it's going to look and it's obviously going to be adapted to each of the leads so that's how it works in instantly so let's move on to hopspot and last but not least we have hopspot and hopspot requires a few more steps but it's basically the same so first of all we're going to go back to the integration page again where we're going to find HubSpot and then we're going to rename the columns in our file so when we renamed our columns we're going to just save it as a CSV file again and when we have the file we're going to contacts and here we're going to find edit columns and here we're going to create properties so contact select the group it's going to be contact contct activity and the label will then be contact video link so we'll add that as a label and then next single line text next and create so that is one of our variables so I'm going to create another one for the preview link so we have the preview here contact video preview I'm going to add it as a contact activity contact preview next single line next and create so when we have our properties that's the extra steps that are needed in HubSpot we're going back to HubSpot and here we're going to import our file so we're going to import file from computer one file and then we have one object it's contacts next and then we're going to upload our file here and when we have it we're going to click next and here we can see that hopspot already mapped contact video link with video link and video preview the company name and the email so what's missing is um our first name and last name so let's find that um so we have we can also search here first name so we have it there and then we also have the last name so we have it there and when we have all of our Fields we're just going to choose don't import data in unmapped columns and next create a list from this and finish import when we imported the list we can then go to Automation and then sequences and here we go to use automated emails new thread and then we're going to add a template and going back to the integration page copy this content as usual and put it inside of the copy and here you can see the preview and as usual the variables will be replaced inside of HubSpot and the preview will show as usual adapted to each of the leads so this is how you integrate with three of the most popular tools on the market today and as mentioned if you're using a tool that is missing on our list please let us know and we will make sure to make that work for
