How do I use the Edit & Sign Fields?

In SignNow, documents can have edited information placed onto the them by using the Edit & Sign fields. Follow our steps below on how to use the editing fields:

1. Your menu bar in the bottom left corner will have an “Edit & Sign” section. You have the option to edit your signature, today’s date, text, or your check mark.

2. After you click on one of the above editing options, these editing fields will ‘stamp’ information directly onto your document. You don’t need to invite users to sign to do this.

3. If you place your signature onto the document, the user will receive an email notifying them of it. Click “Done” after adding the Edit & Sign fields.
