hello everyone welcome to my books video in today's video we will discuss how you can add a free column in an invoice template and how you can adjust the free column markbooks has provided predefined templates of an invoice with the help of which you can customize it ing to your trade and requirement let's come and implement the process for which from the menu bar we will go to utilities and tools then from the template management we will click on the invoice template then this customized window of template customize will open from the options given on the left side you will select the transaction type for whichever transaction type you want to add the free column suppose we will click on the sale bill then from the given default formats here you will select that format in which you want to add the free column then we will click on the edit icon given on the format then you will see that the print setting window has been open from here you will go to the item table field and we will click on the check box of the free field given here so you will see in the preview that the free column has been added in the selected format after this we will switch to the next column of free column here you can Define the width of the free column as per your requirement like suppose we will mention five so you will see that the width of the free column has been increased you can adjust the width of the column ingly by clicking the up and down button given here then in the next field we are by default free is mentioned you can also rename this field for now we will keep it as it is then we will click on the check box of save as template given here and then by clicking on save button given here we will save the changes so friends in this way you can enable the free column in default format if you want to see the complete process of invoice template then for that a video link is provided in the description box with the help of the process explained in the video you can customize the invoice template as per your requirement thanks for watching
