in this video we'll be taking a look at the batch invoicing process in therapy zen as you can see i'm logged into the home page and i'm looking at my appointments for today that i've checked in you can see over here i've got a series of kept appointments from today as well as a no show so i'm now ready to go ahead and create my invoices for these services to do that all i need to do is scroll down on the home page until i get to the 2b invoice grid there i'll see all my rendered services waiting to be invoiced whenever i'm ready i can just simply come over here and click the select all to select all of these services that i'd like to convert to invoices if i want to exclude any i can do that as well by simply unchecking the box but i'm going to go ahead and convert all of these to invoices and when i'm ready i just come over here and click the batch invoice button and that'll bring up the batch invoice review form this gives me a moment to review all my services that i'm about to convert i can make any changes that i like to any of these services whether it's overriding the service rate adjusting the number of units or even putting in my own custom invoice numbers if i leave the invoice number fields blank therapy then will auto create invoice numbers for me the only action that is required of me on this review is to make sure i select an invoice payer distribution for any groups or couples appointments i had that day this is the same way you would do it from the actual group record when creating an invoice so i'm going to come over here to the invoice pair distribution and i'm going to elect to create a single invoice and just designate one of the group members as the designated payer i'll select single invoice one payer and then select the group member i'd like to designate this invoice to now that that's all set i'm ready to go ahead and create this batch of new invoices so i'll scroll down to the bottom of the review page and when i'm ready go ahead and hit create invoices and that's it after getting the confirmation all the services have now been converted to actual billable client invoices so thank you for watching this video about our batch invoicing and if you have any questions just feel free to contact our support team for any help that you might need
