[Music] do [Music] so once you're logged on to quickbooks online let's go to the top right hand corner to the gear icon under list let's go to all lists and classes here we have our sales staff we have jane smith and john smith i'm gonna run the report for jane smith let's give it a second to load and there we go we have two invoices now what we want to see in this report is only the invoices that have been paid we don't want to pay commission on unpaid invoices so let's go to customize filter and scroll down to ar and ap paid now invoices are receivables we receive money bills we pay money so ar would be for invoices we get three options do you want to show all invoices all paid invoices or all unpaid invoices in this case we want to select paid run report and now we have this invoice that has been paid let's verify by opening it and we can see here that it has been paid if i want to see the other invoice you can just x here to remove the filter open dylan and you see that this one is unpaid now another feature that you might find useful is seeing the location of where this invoice is from so if i hit store you see that i have two invoices the same one for los angeles and one for chicago again let's add the filter of paid and unpaid i'm gonna select paid there we go run report and now you see this invoice has been paid and it's from chicago it's very simple any questions feel free to reach out thank you
