foreign [Music] today I'm just going to show you a very very quick video on how to do a quick Copy of an invoice so if you want to send out a sales invoice to somebody and you want to just do it a little bit quicker so you may have you know not generic sales that you you're raising all the time but something that is very very similar so what we tend to say to our clients is rather than going up here and adding an invoice and then typing it all out obviously there are savings if you've got your product saved which we've done another video on but rather than going out and typing it all out sometimes what we suggest is if you go into your sales overview and then see all you'll see all your invoices now it may be that say for instance this one here Boom FM that's that's going to be very very similar for another customer so you know we've got this template this email invoice template that we've already sent me um invoice out for this customer it's say it could be identical perhaps they just want two of the item rather than three so at that point you go and find the invoice that you've already raised you can click up here invoice options copy two and it may be that we're copying an invoice to ABC furniture copy and that duplicates the invoice then now what it will do it'll put the other reference in for the other invoice so what we usually suggest is to take that out of there and then it'll just have your sequential numbering on your new invoice and then there we just want to change that to two and we've got our invoice we can approve it at that point email it and send and that's it so that's how quick it is to potentially do an invoice from copying another invoice so I just thought I'd show you that because it can save quite a bit of time uh hopefully that's been useful and yeah see you next time okay thanks [Music]
