[Music] hello team here we will learn to create a contractor r a bill or Progressive bill against a work order issue to the subcontractor first under the contractor tab we need to select the name of the subcontractor as applicable then under the project tab we need to the select the name of the project under which the bill is to be booked foreign next in the header fields we need to click on the Chain icon to get the list of the work orders created for the selected subcontractor related to the selected project here we need to select the applicable document and click on next on clicking on next we will get the list of activities that were subcontracted to the selected subcontractor off the list we need to select the item for which the bill is to be created and adjust the billing quantity under the adjust column and click on append [Music] on appending the boq details of the activity subcontracted will get appended on the main screen in the details table under the wo quantity we will get to know the total work order quantity of the boq line which is subcontracted under the bill quantity we can adjust the quantity of the boq for which the bill is to be created this can be done by clicking on the three dots here the system will display the rate as per the work order and ingly calculate the value of the bill as per the quantity adjusted the system will also calculate the GST as applicable [Music] in case of multiple line items we can also review the billing details under the charge details if as per the subcontract any deduction details like advance and retention are applicable the same will be displayed under the deduction details table [Music] once all the details related to the bills are updated and reviewed we need to click on save and exit button to save the transaction in the Erp system thank you for watching this video
