welcome to Absolute Erp in previous video we  have shown you how to see your created sales   order without price in today's video we will cover  how to create performa invoices basically perform   a invoice is used to take Advanced amount it is  a performer of your tax invoice on the basis of   proforma invoice you can receive the amount  from customer then you can create tax invoice   for it for creating proforma invoice simply go  to sales tab there you will see option perform   invoice click over there in our other videos  quotation and sales order we already shown you   the options to convert quotation and sales order  into performa invoice so that was in another way   to directly create perform invoice if you want to  create direct pro forma invoice click over this   tab from here you can create new Pi if you have  multiple locations select it select particular   invoice Ledger invoice State automatically appear  after select customer name in our estimation video   we briefly shown on what basis these drop down  is coming now customer details is appearing after   that unique performa invoice number automatically  generated by system ing to your defined   series and back end from here you have an option  to put your order number against of this PI from   here you can set due date of this performa  invoice and you can mention date of supply   of your services which you will provide to this  customer map your sales person and this is our   custom field if required you can create multiple  custom fields from back end from this option you   can allow discounts over particular items and you  can allow discounts overall perform a invoice you   can add gross weight and net weight through  this option choose the categories and items   for which you are making this Pi put quantity  ing to your defined MRP of this items   rate is appearing below system show you last  invoice rate of this item with previous invoice   by selecting is tax exempt you can write  of taxes over this Pi if you want to add   multiple items in single proforma invoice select  add another line and add multiple items your all   calculation has been done if required you can add  other charges and Freight charges over here these   tabs is additional created through backend if  required you can attach any file here mention   terms and condition notes mention Bank details  and by selecting customer email ID save this pro   forma invoice once you save it automatically a  PDF of this proforma invoice has been shooted   to my customer email ID you created proforma in  voice is appearing by using given filter above   you can classify your exact data click over  it this is your created PI from here you can   edit it download it into PDF print on letterhead  share it over WhatsApp to this customer you have   an option to convert it into invoice on single  click all the things has been fetch through Pi   into invoice just click save and your invoice  is ready in more tab you get an option to print   packing slip once you click over it your packing  slip is appearing from here you download and print   it you able to mark this pi as a cancel and you  have option to delete it in this video we have   shown you how to create new proforma invoice  with it we told you the ways to create it by   converting option if you want to know more about  absolute Erp stay tuned with our other videos
