hi when you have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription you have it directly with Microsoft Office when they with Microsoft so they will be the ones invoicing you you'll need you invoice view account so I'm going to do a quick demonstration how you access your invoices so you load up your web browser and the websites go to is office comm so when you go to office comm it takes you to the login and then you click sign in now depending on how many accounts or different accounts that you might access you will have this screen here asking you to sign it so you'll need your main email address the person who has access to the invoices has to be an administrator account so this is mine so I'm logging into my administrator account now if you get asked this question when logging into the web browser view you always need to choose a work or school account unless you're an office home user but as most you should be a business premium user or hire it's a work or school account so that's one you choose then do your password to sign in and then you in this stage here which allows you to office access all the web apps access you online files things like that well we want to go to the administration section because we need to access the actual invoices once we're in here this is where we get to look at the accounts now adding users removing users etc but down here is billing and if you go to bills you will see the various bills you have received so you can look at this mom for last three weeks months last past six months and it will show you the bills that come through you'll be able to then download them as individual PDF files but I don't tend to I don't think Alan's bills viewable because mine is part of the Microsoft Action Pack subscription so I pay up separately but this is where your bills will be you'll be able to download them there'll be PDF files you'll be able to print them out and whatever you need for your towns hopefully that helps thank you I will sign out when you finished and then just make sure that you're not leaving anything logged into computer thank you
