welcome to INEX today I'll show you how to allow your customers to pay their invoices online with a credit card directly to your PayPal account start by going to the settings menu at the top right then selecting online payment at the bottom of the page into your paypal email address then click Save online payment is now enabled for your paypal email address now click home at the top left then click the invoices icon now let's enable online payment for an invoice we've already sent but for which our customer has not yet paid click the drop down arrow next to the invoice then select send since we've already sent this invoice to our customer previously the email address is already filled out for us so we only need to tick the checkbox next to our customers email below we see that the checkbox labeled allow online payment by a credit card is pre-selected for us since we just enabled this option in our settings at the beginning of this tutorial so all we need to do now is click send when our customer clicks the email link in the email we just sent this is what they see the customer now has a pay invoice button at the top right of the invoice clicking the button redirects the customer to PayPal website customers can either choose to log in and pay using their own PayPal account if they also have one again this is not required or just simply enter their credit card information when payment is complete you'll be notified about the payment by email and your invoice will be automatically marked as paid in our system
