My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

this video we're going to show you how you can create invoices really fast by using default uh line items here so you can see here i've created an invoice for web development work a general web support they're charged at different rates different amounts different unit types so i'm going to show you how quick it is to create that invoice using this new feature we've just launched so if we go into invoices we click create new invoice so let's say we just put in your important client everything else is standard we click development we change the quantity you'll see here the quantity is defaulted to one the rate 200 euros you see the description is web development work charged at 200 per hour one hour slots some port laws billing either half hour or one hour slots and even if the item only takes 10 minutes to fix you're still going to have reply mails and phone calls and stuff like that after it so we can see here if we change that to four the total amount and the vat all that kind of standard bullet stuff gets automated uh if we have a look at this for support you'll see here uh that we've done the same uh quantity is one rate is 30 general web support charged to 30 minutes 30 euros for 30 minute slots again you can change all of these items if you want though on the fly as well okay so it's all standard customizable um bullet stuff and then you just run through the standard bullet process for sending your invoice and then you can market send or email the invoice we'll leave that in drafts now this is pretty handy for you if you're creating a lot of invoices or create a lot of standard invoices and i suspect most people do you'll find the rate will change or the the number of units will change but the rates and all the rest will stand stay the same so you can pretty much create a standard one i'll show you how easy it is to do it and you can do it within the invoice itself so if you see line item you can click add new line item gives you a nice little pop-up you can put in the name uh or description of of your line item the default description uh your so why don't we do that now uh so we'll put that in after our support why don't we do default description after our support charge of 300 for in our slots default quantity is one so there's at least some calculation and then we'll put that in at 300 fat rate of course is the standard rate 23 and then display it or so we want to leave those two displayed sometimes you might want to have that item uh hidden on your invoice because you don't want people to work out your hourly rates so that's why we have that option there which is very handy for freelancers and and development companies um oh sorry so we need to put in the client here because we're doing that on an invoice so if we click review here and save we've just done it again you can also access all of them if you want to edit them up here in settings and custom line items so you'll see here we have everything so there's the after our support we have there there's the development work we also have all our standard ones like day our product set fee if you click on support for example if we want to edit this click on edit again it's the standard uh bullet issue bullet workflow we also pop up a little message to you here so if you've created a standard rate and have already created invoices against this line item then you're changing those invoice line items so we'll we'll stop you from doing that but you can just create a new line item called or edit this to support one and create a new one called support okay so i hope you find that helpful and i know it's something that people have been looking for quite a bit thanks
