all right up next I will be talking about me working at t-mobile I worked at t-mobile for about a year and a half as a retail sales associate I worked at two different locations the whole time I was there they pay you for training pay is somewhere above $10 is something an hour depending I think depending on your state it's different as well as it pains me from being higher than 10 not lower than 10 and I also believe if you work at a signature store your pay is different as well I know the compete cut the Commission pay is different I don't know about the pay pay hourly but there's signature stores I'm gonna say there's five the last time I checked Chicago has one Times Square has one South Beach Miami has one the other two are in California somewhere specifically I don't know where but I know about those three fish or Chicago Times Square and South Beach Miami there's also different and many many many many many positions that you go work at Seymour but the pay is different some don't make Commission some do you could be on the business side you could be on the retail side you could be on the customer service side like this so many different positions that we can see global benefits is great as far as health health dental as well as being that I have its order they also have a child care where they will give you a set amount of money every month because your team / employee isn't that great that was my best thing that I'm like my favorite thing working at t-mobile um uh see I started off at part-time I worked my way up until full time they won't give everybody full-time positions just because they kind of want you to get your feet wet sitting in a company first before they just start paying you full-time and with that being said also t-mobile is all about sales if you are retail sales associate hold about sales so if you're not selling you won't become a full-time like they'll give it to somebody that is worth paying for you to be there basically to create the revenue that they expect of a full-time employee also with that is Commission commission is based off of different things there's different tiers and different things you get paid off of selling a phone this that like it's so many different things that you get paid off of the two different stores I worked at one was a little bigger than the other they were both in the same district district meaning I think there's a lot of companies that do the whole district thing but basically like if you're in a set area in a set area in a set area that's what that's how they break everything down so it's like one big company t-mobile yes but the t-mobile that I worked with was in Georgia in this set area of Georgia in this set area of Georgia so that became cool of course we all kind of like intertwined with each other especially like store managers store manage from that store would come over here this store will go over there sometimes depending on like business if this store didn't have enough toys if you wanted to pick up hours they let you go work and also with that being said if you don't work hard you won't be able to do these things because it's basically like one of those things it's like imagine it being your company right do you want somebody that doesn't work or wants to work has the ambition to work he's gonna try that best to make everything and put their best foot forward so that's more so with them eventually what seemed odd at the time that I was there it within six months of about me being there I got promoted so it was different position it was the same different it was the same position let's keep that hundred retail sales associates I was always a retail sales associate however the time with me being there I gained different responsibilities different responsibilities such as a person that does things of a manager but you're not a manager your pay is not the same well no sorry your pay is the same not the same as a manager however you still have two different responsibilities of a manager and that was basically from me a stepping stone of course why am i doing things of a manager if I'm not getting pay for it so what in my personality and my wants and needs in life I feel as though you have to start somewhere so me doing that got me into my next step and that's basically saying hey give me these responsibilities put their faith in me you'll see it come from me and you will be able to see me once and be a manager for referral like you'll be able to give me this tag and say it says manager instead of it being sales associate but eventually I change stores stores was it was a little closer to my house it wasn't too much further it was kind of like the same distance but it was a different pace it was some way for me to grow because that's all they went for people in C Mobile to grow they what every person to grow they never want one person to stay at the same level they want you to grow grow grow they don't want the same person that came in the door two years ago be the same person two years later they want some type of growth like as far as the company grows you have to consistently grow with the company things change phones change there's a damn new phone every month like you have to be able to stay consistent with it I was technology savvy however you don't specifically have to be technology savvy to work at t-mobile you can be a dunce however you have to be a dunce and be able to learn the company learn the things that go on for instance if you don't know how to work an iPhone that's something that you might want to kind of like get into before trying to say hey I'm gonna work at t-mobile but you don't know you don't need to know how to crack an iPhone like you can really seriously be able to say hey this is how you store your pictures this is what you use to text message this is how you delete an email I believe it or not the silliest Dayton's are the silliest silliest silliest things as a team of a representative I had to deal with and after a while that was one of the reasons where I had to just give it up because I felt like also too it became me being a tutorial or a coach but people too hard to learn how they use their phones versus it being I sold you this phone you know what you're doing that's why you bought it now I also understood on the same tip everyone doesn't buy the phone that they know how to work and I feel like auntie Mobile's part they should hire people that specifically show people how to work these devices versus it being us cuz a lot of times you spend a lot of time with people showing them how to do things versus you actually selling them something it's weird like specifically especially if you work in like smaller country or areas you'll get older people that basically don't have anything to do with their times or in a day they'll come in to see mobile light and you'll be like hey miss saliz Oh what you need today and it'll be like girl I can't I can't figure out how to delete that email and it's like it's fine I'll help you but I thought why is so repetitive I personally I personally could not deal with it so I left I miss my t-mobile I still talk to many of the people that I worked with a t-mobile a lot of them are still managers a lot of them have moved on to different stores and a lot of people to move over to different stores to make more money as well like me for instance you might start off in a smaller store you're like okay I got this let me work to a bigger store or some people feel like I'm in a bigger store and I'm not shining so let me move to a smaller store so that I can shine and people can see that I'm actually doing all the work that I should be doing and I deserve to be seen but if I was to go to t-mobile back to t-mobile yes I would just because I'm the money was great commission was great and like i said it's obviously your work as well as if your work along with everyone else's work is up to par you'll also make extra base off at the store door managers make off the store sales managers make off the store like it's so many so this day also with the company itself you'll get emails every month that shows you as an in company employee internal employee there's different positions that you can go apply for that other people would not see yet because you got first dibs because you work at the location itself so that's mine too bit and working at see my way as a team olive oil sales associate
