invoices it lets you view download manage and pay your invoices more efficiently reducing time spent on paperwork and giving you better insights into your shipping costs to access the UPS billing center you'll use the same credentials you use to access your account at ups.com now let's get started if you set up your account on ups.com you're probably already enrolled in the UPS billing center but if a upser helped you set it up you might need to enroll yourself head to billing. ups.com and log in to check if you're enrolled for quick enrollment all you need to do is find one of your recent invoices it should be from the last 45 days and one of the last three you received once you have it fill out the necessary information to confirm both your account details and identity remember once you're enrolled you won't receive paper invoices anymore I'll explain this a little bit later in the video when first getting started there are three helpful steps you can take to simplify billing tasks first up you'll want to add a payment method to your UPS billing cter wallet you may have entered a credit card during account setup but we don't store that payment information to your UPS billing center wallet or your ups.com account because we only use it for identity verification so you'll need to enter your preferred payment option whether that's a credit card debit card bank account or even PayPal once you set this up it becomes your default payment method for your weekly invoices I also like to note that even though you use the same credentials to access both the UPS billing center and ups.com your payment methods are not sync across the two you'll need to add edit or delete payment methods from both places separately secondly I recommend you sign up for both
