Consignment. No oral or written statements by either party regarding the value, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular end should be relied upon. No warranties are made regarding the property advertised or the services offered nor any representations are made in relation to the property. Bidder shall satisfy himself or herself concerning value, authenticity, genuineness, importance or condition of the property listed in the catalog. This agreement is personal to the assignor.
