Trustee duties: the duties of the trustee shall be: (a) the care, management and control of the trust property; (b) the preparation and filing of the documents, reports and schedules required by this agreement to be made ; (c) the preparation and filing of all taxes and assessments to be imposed under any provisions of this agreement, except that the trustee, for all purposes of this agreement, is the agent of the trust; (d) the preparation, filing and collection of, any liens, encumbrances, claims, accounts or other papers, in connection with the care, management and control of the trust property; (e) the conduct of affairs, to the extent it cannot be avoided by the trustee, concerning any of the assets, liabilities and property of the trust and, (f) the performance of the other duties and responsibilities which this trust requires or which may be prescribed herein or by law hereunder, and the exercise of such of the powers as may be delegated by this agreement to the trustee hereunder. 5. Custody, disposition, administration and enforcement of trust. (a) at death, and at any time before the trust assets become the property of the beneficiary, the trustee shall bequeath the entire trust property to the beneficiaries. The beneficiaries, if any, as herein before provided, shall acquire all ownership and legal ownership interest in the trust property, with respect to each trustee, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the trust. (b) upon expiration, or a sale, delivery or other disposition of the trust property of or to any beneficiary, the trustee, as trustee for the trust estate, shall take such steps or take such actions as the trust estate may authorize recovering or to administer the trust estate as provided in this agreement; provided, however, that the trustee shall not have other powers or duties, powers or duties other than those limited by this subsection other than to the collection and distribution of the trust property, and shall not have authority to compel the trustee or any trustee to be a party or participant or otherwise to perform services or acts on behalf of the trust estate. ‗ 6.
