The company may elect to establish, amend or terminate at any time its certificate of incorporation and other documents or agreements hereunder by the board of directors by way of an amendment of articles of incorporation or by a vote of the company, and any such amendments or terminations shall be made in accordance with the provisions contained in this agreement. 8. The company shall have the right to sue for and obtain any other remedy provided by law against its members and or the members of its agents or representatives, and shall have a right of action against them, provided that it shall notify its members of such action at least six months prior to instituting such suit. 9.
