welcome everyone my name is Charles Thompson I'm excited to share with you today the power energy opportunity innovation for solar and sales professionals throughout the world an incredible platform that has emerged over the last five years we're going to talk a little bit today about who we are what this model entails the solutions that we have to help you get up and running what it takes to join power if you look at the history of our company we were founded by jonathan budd our CEO but young pioneer in digital marketing a multi-million dollar business he experienced a profound change in his life it shifted the direction of humanity to a sustainable renewable energy and he saw that solar was the path to do that in a period of time jonathan amassed just incredible leadership teams surrounded himself with experts from technology sales operations accounting sales training and recently a new chief operating officer to help us navigate through the public offering our time line was were found in 2014 we launched her first version of our company known as power 1.0 with Silver City who later merged with Tesla there were some challenges in terms of expansion we began then to create a platform that eventually helped us partner with over a hundred solar installers throughout the United States so we were vetted by the number one solar company in the years of 2015 and then vetted again over and over life literally hundreds of independent partners throughout the country we launched what was the fastest crowd raising campaign of its time and re-emerging those crowdfunding days soon and power grew to about 5,000 members and then launched its first sales version of the company in 2018 for about 300 people from the 5,000 were empowered to be able to sell solar and earlier this year in 2019 we launched a fully transparent cost of goods model unlike anything this industry's ever seen so this is five years in the making five years of bootstrapping this this and taking it to levels I don't think anyone could have imagined where we are today and a lot of that is because of the core values of the company we're constantly innovating getting it done we are communicating authentically amongst the teams amongst the field amongst the customers we're serving our community our entire company is devoted to growth and passion about making things work looking at the big picture having a purpose with big audacious goals and fulfilling promises that provide economic freedom and purpose with Pleet trust in the best technology available our business model is based around the individual seller being the most valuable person in the solar industry of course the customers first but within the industry itself it's the solar sales professional who deserves the greatest benefit as you can soon see that's exactly what the model has done if you look at the old model of working for an EPC working for a company that's all good but you get smaller Commission's yet little to minimal support we have no passive income so you're always gonna be dragging a bag and selling you have no equity ownership or scalable technologies whereas in the new paradigm with power you sell to yourself with the most lucrative commissions in the industry you can tap into as needed daily training support from leadership team the ability to build the passive income equity in the company and a scalable technology that is a game-changer for this industry I'll talk about that soon really look at power and much like most of the platform conversations are there look at what uber did to the taxi industry would you rather have stock at a taxi company today or stock and/or Eavis to say look at what has happened in the real estate industry first started by Keller Williams creating a very powerful way to grow and expand on an international basis through profiteering yet he came along and changed the game that came out with revenue sharing and stock ownership very much to what our model has become look at what has happened in the entire wholesale retail space look what Amazon and Costco have done to the traditional way of doing business well that's what power is doing to the traditional solar companies disrupting an industry creating a platform giving the customer the best overall value experience it's a game changer they create just a better way to do business like you see in all the other platforms that we're looking at and our platform provides each of us as consultants a transparent cost of goods as opposed to the older EPC type models or plugging into a company we actually give you the cost of goods and then we revenue split and I'll walk through the economics of that and as we continue to drive our volume as a company our cost of good numbers are going to become lower and we as members will benefit from that as well of a customer I'm gonna give you an example in the state of Texas and these numbers vary by market these terms you may not be familiar with called cost of goods or kilowatts or price per watt but really look at the dollars that are associated here a typical system in Texas is a 10 kW system 10,000 watt system and in this particular real example so letter began at a dollar 95 cost of goods we co currently as low as a dollar 84 in the state of Texas so that's another $1,100 margin that's available to state of Texas it varies by provider and it varies by city based upon our negotiated rates in this particular example we sold at three dollars and 50 cents per watt for $35,000 there were financial matters because financing cost money and some other small matter that came up to 70 cents per watt the net revenue was 85 hundred dollars or 85 cents what the sellers Commission you me received the lion's share that revenue 70 percent nearly six thousand dollars for a seal that may very well take only an hour power against 30% of that revenue but they take half of that revenue and they give it back to us in the form of revenue much like what exp has done in the real estate industry so they operate on a 15 percent margin and we'll talk about that look at the Commission on this particular transaction this is a real example I'll give you two more real examples and this is a sale that I'm familiar with that was sold in a little higher price for a lot but it also had a main panel upgrade and a very special structural staff had to be done but look at the walkaway Commission on a sale that all told from the time it began to the time it was closed out and turned over to project management and $8,600 Commission that's big money here's a contrast example this was a very competitive situation in California much lower than what the market would typically be priced at but it was competitive and there was a reason to go down and in this particular case look at the Commission still 3,500 companies would even let you sell at that price per one the state of California and look at the transparency every cost that was associated with that system fully displayed with no markup that's the key to understand is there is no markup on any of the services is a pass-through cost and then we revenue share 70/30 everything thereafter then we launched into the team goes up should you desire to team though you can earn 20% of powers revenue from the consultant that you enroll into power and earn that passive or residual income from every project that they submit I'll show you some numbers on that and just a little bit even better than that is you want to be able to create duplication so we have the ability to leverage that and empower your people that you've enrolled into power to do the very same thing in the team building part can become a lion share of your income as you expand your team over time into levels or tears or generations whatever terms you want to use and the way to look at that as anyone you directly enroll is go to yield you are the average of 550 dollars on every sale that they produce as you continue to expand your team that create that duplication you can see that that continues to cut down in different levels or tiers ranging between 162 and 500 two dollars these are average numbers this is where you can have passive income it creates six figures of income on your we'll call it your active income anything you personally sell and this is your passive income sales that are generated by members of your team your organization well that's wonderful realized as we got to this moon we're going to find a lot of people who are creating this company who've never sold solar before so we developed another six way path of income a six figure income path to be called a mentorship program and what this allows you to do is as a new consultant rather than going through the expense of learning and not selling the customer you plug yourself in you tap into mentors who have experience and success in selling in this industry and if you are not a solar professional your first three contracts are done with a mentor the mentor will tap into all the tools that we have and show you how to use those thus providing you with paid treating rather than you skinning your shins and stuffing your toes and trying to figure it out you tap into somebody who's going to walk you through step by step how to do that if you're a solar professional we can get a waiver than just your first solo project is done with a mentor and that's only for the purposes of being able to utilize and learn the platform technology incredible tool so you look at your active income you should be able to find yourself to a six-figure pathway if you earn the right to become a mentor then you have the ability to have another six-figure pathway and then there's the equity and passive income the equity in this company is absolutely phenomenal and I'll put some context to this in just a moment your first installation you got a hundred options in power you enroll someone in your organization they get a hundred options and you get 50 options and then you turn your attention to continuing to produce and have an annual performance goal hit 25 which is basically two installs per month in a calendar year you get a thousand options of stock in a company do you a ver about one per week you get 5,000 options in the company and since you're part of our early evolution tree public offering you'll be able to purchase options and a discounted rate when power goes public what does all that mean if you look at the industry if you look at Solar City who literally burned through who in my opinion six billion dollars without ever turning a profit was acquired or merged with Tesla still didn't drive profit you look at Direct Energy a seventeen billion dollar company who didn't achieve profitability on rooftop solar energy of fourteen billion dollar company who didn't achieve profitability son Gemini and son this is son that's an every other company the local and regional companies are making it happen they're profitable but there's nobody yet that's been able to create a national platform to have a profitable venture until power until the platform now through this offering being able to give each of us ownership in this company what is that going to mean to the value of the stock I personally I can never make any claims but I personally believe that we'll hit 300 to 400 x the value of the option to what it is when we actually go public that's generational changing wealth coupled with active income passive income and mentorship income you can put yourself on a pathway to set in the fingers and that's all great but if you don't have the tools you don't have the training it doesn't mean anything we did you can tap into our daily training program power energy markets were mostly focused on California Nevada Arizona New Mexico Texas and Florida all of these blue states also our sales States for us and most of them have that dynamic proposal tool the difference between these states California Nevada Arizona New Mexico Texas and Florida is in those states we do the procurement of equipment so our margin or revenue is higher than in the
