though he's not a cop sees this guy stopping and there were some neighborly stuff going on here where I think a guy is I asking a neighbor for some help or whatever and this dude rolls up and kind of stops to see what's going on and like hey is everything okay you got a problem or whatever we have some audio what happens next [Music] [Applause] so after this verbal confrontation and the pulling of a firearm which wasn't aggravated assault our wannabe cop is gonna race down the road after this guy and the dude is now going to break check him and when he break checks him they get into a little fender bender well that was a mistake a significant one because now the guys getting all kinds of upset now he's gonna call the cops and all this stuff and and and dude is going to end up rocking and rolling and deciding he doesn't want to be there anymore which again the chase is on now remember this guy has his kids in the back seat of the car you heard him earlier and you're gonna hear him a whole lot more so this guy completely disregarding the safety of people around him after having pulled a gun on a guy for really no good reason that I can discern at all is now chasing him through the neighborhood we have a whole bunch more audio here let's listen in and then we'll learn lessons he's trying to [Music] [Music] going up here it's Comanche and Comanche and more Claire but the blast is going to fix about two kids my car and he's causing [Music] [Applause] [Music] new story that I can see looks like the DA is given this guy a heck of a break he's looking at doing three years for this much stupidity and that is where this one ends yeah that that's about an advanced case of Derpy's friends got a lot to learn from here and to keep you from doing dumb stuff like this one of the ways first we're lesson I think we learned out of this one is that you're not law enforcement unless you're operating in an on-duty law enforcement capacity don't try to be that guy don't police the neighborhood right I mean be a good neighbor that's all well and good but there was literally no reason for him to get into any kind of confrontation here or even see what was going on these are two private people that we're having a consensual encounter there's no reason for you to get involved in it in any way now the second thing is this guy come of a do you have a problem sir or whatever now a couple things number one now I'm glad this guy's an idiot and he's probably a you know better off not carrying in an advantageous position but for those of us who are good people notice because he's carrying in the small of his back how difficult it was for him to get the gun out and and the fact of the matter is that he flagged himself with that gun and his children with that gun getting it out of this holster I do not recommend small the back carry in any capacity I think it's bad on every level now this guy's got way bigger problems than that but let's not carry in that position because it causes us such problems so he finally gets the gun out Flags himself and now has to chamber around I do not recommend carrying defensive firearms chamber empty because number one it takes you time number two requires that you have two hands and you don't always have that now this idiot because he is so dumb I would say probably carrying without a magazine in the gun is probably better this guy here he's not going to be carrying a fine for forever but the fact of the matter is that this guy is stupidity his mindset all the problems that this guy has is only shown in the fact that he is carrying small of the back with a chamber empty I do not recommend either one of those because for defensive purposes it's a bad idea then he pulls out and points a gun at a guy and and basically threatens him with it friends this right here is what we call aggravated assault he is threatening deadly harm with a firearm against somebody else who is not an imminent deadly threat unless that guy was pointing a gun back at him or something in which case we would have an entirely different video to do but died this guy here who was the other guy in the truck was not arrested or anything like that now now listen this is aggravated assault just because somebody says mean words to you or gives you the mean mug or something like that you cannot draw a firearm at them you cannot point a firearm at in them that right there is a felony offense where you could go to prison for a long long time so don't do stupid stuff like that just cuz you have a gun doesn't mean you can enforce morality at the point of that gun so now doofus gets out of the car and and now he's gonna chase after the guy okay fine but if you're the guy who's running don't just run to get away from him get on the phone with 9-1-1 yourself holy crap this guy just pulled a gun on me I'm coming to the police department and and point me in to the cops instead he chose to break check him this was a problem on the victims fault III just don't recommend this at all now you're saying hey get off me we got problems or whatever and doing this break check got him into a wreck with this guy and because he got in a wreck with this guy he actually now had to interact with him more because they had a vehicle collision and he is required legally and morally to now pull over and exchange information and do all that stuff so that they can get their vehicles fixed don't break check get on the phone 911 with the cops say hey man I got a madman chasing me with a gun I'm going to my late closest police substation and I need the cops to be ready because there's a dude who pointed a gun at me who is right behind me and he is dangerous that is the right answer here rather than messing around with this guy causing more confrontations and then speeding off next thing I do want you to see is you notice that our idiot when he is on the phone with 911 notice his breathing huh he's losing it he is he's really gone from an a psychological perspective he's hyperventilating he's not indicating he's not thinking and that kind of thing is is indicative of his behavior instead you got to control your breathing now this is the next stupid thing that our first-time victim did is that he backs up and smashes that guy's car that right there was a crime so he is inflicting noing damage on the guy's property I don't think you can really call that assault necessarily because they're all in a car they're all wearing seatbelts those kind of things it is willful destruction of property though clearly a crime and some you know moving violation not controlling your vehicle all kinds of other stuff I'm not a cop I'm not gonna do all the cop stuff here but again that was stupid rather than getting in more confrontations with this guy who you know has a gun and is stupid enough to point it at you you want to get the heck out of that danger zone and get to the cops as fast as you can now the best way again to do that is not messing around with this guy and and cheat letting him chase you through neighborhoods but as fast as you can getting to a local substation now now again while you're on the phone with 911 you are driving at a pretty high rate of speed and maybe even looking on your maps program say where's the closest police substation so that you can pull into it if you're not familiar with the neighborhood next thing here this guy is endangering his children good grief the kids are in the car why are you racing down the road endangering your children winning gunshots off into the neighborhood with your kids in the car that's incredible neglect of your children and and is certainly reckless now again notice the idiot with his terrible gun handling skills here he actually has no gun handling skills pointing a gun all over the place doesn't know the condition of his firearm what a complete doofus - this guy is and now okay dude backs into him again that's a big problem but again that's not an aggravated assault because there's vehicles between and so when the guy is driving off now our idiot gets out of the car and starts shooting at him and now he is shooting at a fleeing person and and shooting at somebody who is running away from you is absolutely aggravated assault that's reckless endangerment of all kinds of people around you and I really think that this idiot got off very easy that the district attorney has given him a heck of a plea bargain just to get him to go to prison and become a prohibited possessor because he could have pushed and probably got the guy a whole lot more time than that so listen friends there's just stupid to go around here and and they're stupid on everybody's part here and this is not responsible firearms ownership this has nothing to do with good self-defense and I can't tell you enough that I want you to watch this to think about what not to do and so you don't do it and put yourself at risk and your loved ones at risk particularly your children and and literally everyone in the community so let's learn the lessons here about being good sane sober moral people instead of being an idiot like this guy
