A CMS like Sitecore would allow you migrate layout management to the CMS and then configure page elements to leverage your existing .Net controls. This would be a few weeks' effort but you haven't gotten any benefit yet: the CMS isn't doing anything for you. To get benefit from the effort you might have to setup workflows. Or leverage Sitecore's personalization engine. Or implement a new responsive design. Or implement security. All these will add time to the project but it's hard to say how much.
