What kind of paperwork do airline pilots need to complete during their flight?
There’s quite a bit of paperwork involved in the airline business. You ask “during the flight” but I’ll expand a bit, going through a typical flight from signing on to signing off. Come along. We show up at dispatch where a flight plan package is normally waiting for us. Sign a form that confirms you’re current and have the correct licenses (specific to our Civil Aviation Administration I think, since I don't have to sign it in other places), then after having gone through the flight plan package sign for acceptance of dispatch with that load (legal requirements but in other airlines we had to sign the flight plan itself so the method is company specific). Sign next to your name on a copy of the General Declaration, an official form that lists the crew of a flight (Company specific). For flights to China we have to also sign a form that has our passport numbers on it, to be handed over to staff on arrival there (China flights specific). The flight plan package is the reason pilots show up early for a flight as it can be a lengthy matter in itself, especially for long flights; it contains:The to be signed dispatch release form (Company requirement). The weather briefing of at the very least the departure, arrival and destination alternate airport and enroute alternates if required to support the operation. A lot more relevant enroute alternates are included but not strictly necessary. (legal requirement)The NOTAMS of all relevant airports [NOTAM - Wikipedia, NOTAMS are NOtices To AirMen that list unserviceable equipment, airport works, adjusted procedures, etc…] (legal requirement).Weather charts of enroute weather, with the position of jetstreams, the predicted areas of icing and turbulence if signNow, charts with winds enroute (legal requirements).A chart with the route plotted out for EDTO flights or long flights [EDTO or ETOPS operations need enroute airports to support flying further than an hour away from a diversion option] (legal requirement).A form that lists the MEL items if the plane has them; not strictly necessary but nice of the airline to inform us before going on board so we can plan more efficiently (company specific). [MEL or Minimum Equipment List items are items that are inoperative or considered inoperative on the airplane but don't prevent the airplane from being airworthy. Depending on the item there may be specific procedures to take into account.]The actual flight plan which has on it: the load, the fuel planning details, the filed flight plan with Air Traffic Control or ATC, the flight log details at every waypoint enroute, the winds at every waypoint at different levels, and the fuel log. It is especially the flight log and fuel log here that have to continuously be updated and followed during the flight later on. (Legal requirements). If PNRs (points of no return), fuel critical points or EDTO/ETOPS airports and equitime points are used, those are listed as well.A form that specifies that GPS signals will be available around the time of arrival at the destination, relevant for navigation based on GPS. (Legal requirement unless on board equipment can predict it).A fuel prediction form with graphs and numbers that give us a statistical idea about how much fuel the flight uses, to assist with efficient fuel planning (company specific).Any other relevant information for the flight, for example about delays in China or other flights that use the same route at busy periods… (company specific)Once that’s reviewed, done and signed we go to the airplane. Depending on where we are we may have to sign or fill out immigration forms to go airside. When we get on the plane there will be several people waiting for us: engineers/mechanics that take care of the technical stuff on the airplane, a load controller who oversees the loading and boarding of the plane, and a refueler who wants to know how much Jet A1 kerosine he can sell us today. Give that man a filled out form - not yet signed - with a standby fuel figure; we will finalize the last three to five tons of fuel at the end but he needs to start now to get it all on on time. Then have a look in the technical log or maintenance log that the engineer/mechanic gives you: is the airplane released for flight yet? If not: what are they still working on? Go through that log and note all the specifical technical issues of the airplane. If there are any MEL items then go through that book now. Everything ok? Sign the technical log which states that you accept it for flight (legal document). Then tell the load controller he can start boarding when the cabin is ready. Catering and cleaning is not our concern; the cabin crew sign for that. While we set up the cockpit and program the flight, some people will interrupt us. Betty the flight attendant brings us coffee so she’s never disliked, but load controllers can bare bad news about delays. Ground staff may bring us a NOTOC [NOtification TO Captain, a form that lists dangerous goods or special cargo, its associated procedures and where exactly it's loaded]. Sign that NOTOC and leave a copy (legal requirement). At some point load control tells us the final weight and passenger number; that’s when we calculate how much fuel more or how much less than foreseen we can take. Let the fueler know so he can go home. Before he does that though, he brings the fuel receipt which the number crunchers of the airline need to keep their computers busy. Now sign all those fuel receipts and forms (company requirements). When the loading is complete and the passengers are on board, the load controller tells us that good news and confirms with us that we have the correct loadsheet, which details all things related to weight and balance. Do I need to say it? Sign the final version of that loadsheet.Doors can be closed now that we have signed so many forms that any lawyer will have a field day with us if something goes wrong. Now we’ll put our special pen away and concentrate on flying for awhile. As a general rule there will be no paperwork until we signNow the cruise level.Once in cruise the pilot in us has to make way for the bureaucrat in us again. If you chose to be the pilot flying the sector, you’re in luck as it's normally the other pilot who will playing your secretary then. Normally we switch roles on the return sector so there’s no escape. The time to do the flight plan/fuel log has dawned upon us. Add all the times so you'll know when exactly - to the minute - we’ll be overflying all the waypoints along our route and then write every half hour (Airbus procedure) or every hour (legal procedure) how much you're up or down on fuel burn. In other airlines I worked we could just snapshot time updates overhead points along the route but here our Civil Aviation Department is stricter and requires it to be done over every single point. So go ahead and make up some that you missed already: fill out the exact time overhead every waypoint we pass. (All legal requirements.). Time updates allow us to analyse if we're making up delays or if we can have a few extra minutes in the bar on arrival. Fuel updates are a way to detect leaks and plan for arrival contingencies. If we're flying to India then somewhere along the route the purser will come in with a little book of questions for us. Time to accept that you are going to the most bureaucratic place on the third rock from the sun. Indian customs will want to know on arrival what electronic devices you have with you, phones, laptops, cameras, tablets, vibrators, what jewels, their brand and value… and the one that always gets me to count: how much money you have on you. Don't mention that you have leftover rupees from last time you were here since it's illegal to import/export the currency. Now be careful! Don't sign yet! It’s of the utmost importance to confirm whether you will have to sign beforehand and get the angry “Why haven't you signed here”-look from customs or whether you get the “How do I know you are really you unless you sign while I see you do it”-look from other customs officers. If you don't want to spend another hour in the airport after arrival because an officer has to call his manager who has to call his manager in return, who has to probably go up the chain all the way to the Prime Minister, then please make sure you’ve got this right. Obviously there have to be something like 3 or 4 signatures of yours in various places for Indian customs at some point. If nothing interesting happened during the flight, then all paperwork that remains to be completed on arrival are the technical log of the airplane and an administrative report to the airline. The administrative report determines how much we get paid at the end of the month because apart from things like who did the landing or whether an autoland was satisfactory, and apart from the reason we made up for the delay - usually if vague we blame ATC, that should be obvious by now -, it contains our duty times. Sign the administrative report of the flight (company specific). Finally write what's wrong with the airplane in the technical log. Note the arrival fuel in there as well, especially if you fly to seedy places in Africa where overnight they may defuel you, only to sell you back your own fuel the next day. Then… yeah you’ve got it by now… sign the tech log. (Legal requirement)But… if something happened during the flight we’ll be spending some more time behind the pen. ASRs or Air Safety Reports are written - and of course signed - if there was any safety related incident or if we deem that others should be alarmed about something. There are a number of other forms for various other things that could have happened, like Engine Vibration Reports, Airframe Vibration Reports, Severe Reset Reports, Commander’s Discretion Reports, ASR-Fatigue reports, yada yada yada… but I won't expand on these here anymore. Some of these reports are electronic, especially on the newer A350 airplanes, and require an electronic signature.

Is it possible to encrypt emails exchanged with an address that is hosted by a provider that does not support TLS?
Google is talking about encryption in transit on the page you linked. That refers to creating an encrypted connection between the sending and receiving servers, so that the data is unreadable by anyone else while it is moving in between the servers. With this type of encyrption, the data will be decrypted as soon as it is received on your recipient's email server. It will almost certainly be stored in an unencrypted format, that anyone who can access that server's disk storage can read, including the intended recipient of course, but also the owner and administrators of the server - and anyone with the legal authority to compel the owner to show them the message. There's another kind of encryption for email, which you as sender and recipient control. This type of encryption is not dependent on TLS or any other security protocol being supported by the sending and receiving email servers. It is known variously as end-to-end encryption or "at rest" encryption.End-to-end means that the data is encrypted from the moment it leaves your email client to the moment the recipient's email client decrypts it. It is still encrypted while it is stored on (i.e. "at rest" on) the recipient's email provider's servers. If you saved a copy for yourself on your provider's servers, that copy is encrypted, too. Nobody except you and the recipient can read the message, unless one of you gives up his (or her) private encryption key. There are two common forms of end-t0-end encryption for email: PGP and S/MIME. They both use public key cryptography (also known as asymmetric encryption), which means that each participant has to have two mathematically-related keys: one that is public and one that is private. In either case, you need to know a recipient's public key in order to send a message to you. Both systems also provide for electronic signature, which allows a recipient to use your public key to verify that a message really did come from you.PGP is more popular with individual users, while S/MIME is used mainly in corporate environments. (The truth, though, is that both are rarely used.) One of the main differences between them is that S/MIME relies on a common trusted party, known as a Certificate Authority, to facilitate key creation, while PGP users create their own keys. The advantage of using a CA is that this trusted party is vouching for the identity of the owner of a key. The disadvantage is that CAs don't necessarily do a good job of verifying identity when they issue keys, and it has occasionally happened that the security of a CA has been bsignNowed. In either case, users can post their public keys for the entire world to find in public directories, if they want, or they can exchange them directly. (With PGP, it is far better to exchange keys directly since nobody is vouching for them except the owners.)Widespread adoption of end-to-end encryption has not happened despite the fact that it's been available for a couple of decades. There are lots of reasons for this, but it really boils down to the fact that encryption complicates everything. In this day and age where people want to access their email from many different devices, on the web, on their phone, and on their laptop, the problem of creating, distributing and securely storing your own private key everywhere you might need it is just the first of many hassles. Searching your email becomes impossible. Lots of people are interested in trying to make the use of encrypted email into a seamless user-friendly experience, but it's a hard problem. As of now, it's really only the people who really need encryption and are willing to put up with the hassles who make use of it.

How does e-procurement works?
e-Procurement is nothing but electronic process. tender or auction which are earlier carry out in physical mode now converted into electronic mode. its main purpose are to maintain Transparency, Authentication, Non-repudiation, Integrity and Priority.Buyer should have to float tender for their requirement on electronic mode, and potential vendors of asked service/goods have to participate on electronic mode only. The digital signature certificate (DSC) is key roll in the e-Procurement process. The data stored in server are maintained highly secured. like the data of tender (Commercial Rate, etc.) stored in highly secure form e.g. encrypted mode. wherein when opening of the tender stored date which are in encrypted form are converted in decrypted form (Original form). Its main benefits are:to save time for buyer and vendorreduce administrator expenses of both buyers and vendors like travelling, paper work, etc.to maintain transparencyno one can denied for their quoted rates, etc. (non-repudiation, Integratiy)To use digital signature certificate (DSC) to maintain authentication, data security and store at top level securityTo generate good competition, and so get good rate and save the money and many such benefits. And many such benefits are there for using e-procurement services.

How does anyone make money making porn films when they're all free on the web?
This is going to be fun. Although I could elaborate my answer and broaden it up, I will stick to the question's details.Brazzers is owned by a company called MindGeek. Mindgeek happens to own also Digital Playground. Brazzers and Digital Playground shoot porn scenes and wrap them into DVDs or add them to their premium websites (sometimes both). Some money come from users who subscribe to those websites or buy the DVDs, usually because they want to get entertained by first-hand material. A lot of that material, however, end up being available "for free" on PornHub and RedTube. I have put for free in quotes because nothing is for free, especially in the adult entertainment business. AdvertisingWhen you watch a free movie or a scene on a porn tube you are forced to interact with some form of advertising at some point. Being it when you click on the play button or even before that as soon as you have loaded the page containing the video, the porn tube will deliver you a piece of advertising. It doesn't matter if you pay attention to it or not, if you follow it up or not: you have spent a part of your time in interacting with that particular ad and someone is going to cash your time in. It may seem free to you at that time, but in truth you have paid with your visit and if you keep reading you will realize that you might be ending up pay with real money too at some point.Cookies and privacyThe tube installs a cookie (well, more than one...a lot) on your computer which tracks and collects a lot of information about you and your browsing habits. Some of these cookies are temporary and expire soon after you leave the site; some others, however, are persistent and they get stored on your computer forever (or until you delete them of course). The sad (or scary, it depends how you look at it) thing is that when you visit a tube, your computer does not just get injected with the site cookies but also with third parties cookies, "delivered" to you not only any time you interact with an ad, but more often than not also as soon as you load the first page of that site. This is a typical excerpt from the privacy page on porn tubes:We have to emphasize that our Website includes Third-Party’s Content or some other type of external services. These providers, partners and contents use Cookies as well though We have no control or insights over their Cookies and it’s usage. For these reasons, We advise You to read carefully any Cookie Policy issued by our Partners in order to avoid any misuse of Your personal information collected and processed by these Administrators. How you pay for free pornSo now, not only you have watched an ad that you would have otherwise happily skipped, but you have also passed a certain amount of private information to a third party company, which will use it to push you targeted ads for as long as their cookie resides on your computer. And chances are that before or after you will buy something with real money. So, to recap, this is how you pay for free porn:The video you watch is often attached to a referral code. An adult film studio add their videos to PornHub which have signed up to that company referral program. When you watch the video that referral code and its related information are stored on your computer (yes, another cookie). If you will visit the studio's website, one day, and you will buy something in there, a slice of the sale will be turned to the initial referrer (the tube, in this case).Even if you will never visit that company's website, the tube has forced one or more ads to you and the company featured in the ad has paid the tube a certain amount of money. The company featured on the ad or their intermediary ads agency has paid for injecting a cookie on your computer in order to collect sensitive private data about your browsing history and taste. This same data have been grabbed and will be used also by the tube and not necessarily on the tube site itself. But I will talk about this later.Even if you used something like AdBlock, non-intrusive ads are still served to you and cookies still get installed in your machine. Furthermore, the use of adblock is often countered by artificially crafted workarounds such as disabling some features on the tube website and making it a nightmare to browse it.Hence, it is clear that you don't watch movies for free: you pay by watching ads and by "selling" your privacy (and personal data, in the digital era, are gold). Adult tubes capitalize on their traffic by referring sales to other websites and by selling ads and users' private information, as well as premium subscriptions.Brazzers and Digital PlaygroundGoing back to the core of your question, how do Brazzers and Digital Playground make money when their porn is "freely" available on PornHub and Redtube? Well, partly from those referral sales I was mentioning before. Broadening up the question, that works for most of the companies out there. But when it comes to Brazzers and Digital Playground there is something else worth noting. Those two film studios are functional to the PornHub and RedTube's business model and as long as those tubes earn money the companies are just fine. The reason for this is easily explained.Do you remember Mindgeek owning Brazzers and Digital Playground? Well, Mindgeek owns also PornHub and RedTube. And YouPorn and Tube8 and Xtube and Sextube and many many more. They own all the major porn tubes online except for Xvideos and Xhamster. The main line of business of Mindgeek is porn tubes, not adult film studios. The adult film studios are functional to the tubes and Mindgeek have acquired or got involved with most of the major film studios around, so that they can profit to the expense of smaller studios. The Mindgeek business modelThe tube features free porn. Some of this free porn is legit, some other is stolen copyrighted material. The tube's owners acquire legitimate, important, major film studios. They flood the tube with legitimate content from their just acquired studios and they capitalize on traffic through affiliations, advertising and the sale of sensitive data. This works like a charm and I wouldn't have much to object, as long as the law allows it, if it wasn't for the fact that the tube remains filled with stolen copyrighted content. This is why I didn't want to generalize the answer much and instead i focused on the questions' details. Brazzers and Digital Playground make money, because their mother company Mindgeek makes money or, if you prefer, because PornHub and RedTube make money. They are tools to add legitimate, quality free content to the tube and keep the traffic numbers high; of course a big chunk of that traffic is returned to the studios websites, benefiting their sales volume as well. The real victims and the infamous DMCAIt's all the rest of the industry that suffers from the, often illegitimate, availability of free porn, though. There is so much copyright infringement on porn tubes that you cannot even imagine. Back in 2010 Ventura, owners of the big production studio Pink Visual, filed a lawsuit against Mindgeek for numerous copyright infringements. In the suit the company, among others, stated [1]:These Tube Sites maintain the fiction that they offer a forum for consumers to upload and share their own original ‘user-generated’ adult video content; however in reality, they function as repositories for an extensive collection of infringing adult videos. The suit was settled later that year and the terms of the settlement haven't been disclosed [2]. Whatever convinced Ventura to drop the case, it is obvious that smaller producers don't have either the tools or the money to force tubes to comply with take-down notices. I know this too well. If an hypothetical Mr. Smith uploads a scene of mine stolen from my website to a porn tube, this is going to be the best possible scenario before me:First, I have to discover that a video of mine has been uploaded illegally to a tube. This is very hard because there are thousands of tubes out there and each, especially the major ones, feature hundreds of thousands of videos. I am supposed to monitor all the tubes out there 24/7 checking every new upload. Impossible. All I can do is to check from time to time and to hope to get lucky enough to spot my video if the offender has used some title or description terms that sound familiar to me. Often, if ever, I can spot an illegal upload after weeks, if not months; let's assume that for once i get particularly lucky and that i spot a copyright infringement one week after the video has been uploaded and running. Now I have to let the tube know and file a take-down notice according to the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act (aka DMCA). If the video was on PornHub, this is what I have to send:Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works, a representative list of such works.Identification of the material you believe to be infringing in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate that material. If your complaint does not contain the specific URL of the video you believe infringes your rights, we may be unable to locate and remove it. General information about the video, such as a channel URL or username, typically is not adequate. Please include the URL(s) of the exact video(s).Adequate information by which we, and the uploader(s) of any video(s) you remove, can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address).A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.A statement that the information in the written notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.Complete complaints require the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a representative authorized to act on their behalf. To satisfy this requirement, you may type your full legal name to act as your signature at the bottom of your complaint.Assuming that once I have filed the complaint the company goes through it and acts withing 72 hours, they will contact the offender who may or may not appeal sending a counter-notification within 10 days[3]. If my luck holds and they don't appeal, ten more days have passed and the offending content is finally taken down. For twenty days my stolen content has been made available on a high traffic website and downloaded by thousands of people. By this time it has already been uploaded back to other tubes, if not to the same one as Xbiz journalists Stephen Yagielowicz & Rhett Pardon explain well:For example, one shady scenario involves a company that knowingly and willingly submits infringing content to its tube site — or pays others to do it for them — under the guise of “user” uploads. Then in an effort to seemingly comply with the DMCA, removes clips on request — only to have the compliance department send the removed material to the upload department, where this cynically cyclical process is endlessly repeated. [4] [5] You've got the picture: the big majority of content producers get their content stolen and they lose money while feeding the tubes' traffic despite themselves; part of this traffic is redirected to Brazzers and Digital Playground to finance their big productions; their scenes are leaked back into the tubes, which are owned by the same company, to feed even more traffic;the tubes cash in;rinse and repeat.ConclusionIt is worth noting that ironically this business model has started playing against its own creators. In late 2015, Mindgeek has filed an infringement lawsuit against Xvideos' (one of the only two major adult tubes players not owned by Mindgeek) parent company for allegedly streaming its content "in excess of 100 million times without authorization" and seeking $150,000 for each infringed film which Mindgeek estimate to be in the range of tens to hundreds of thousands[6]. Although the copyright infringements over my content in various tubes relate to only a few tens of videos, this scenario makes me a potential multi millionaire. Today's virtual drinks are on me, fellow Quorans. And if you want real drinks, make sure you pay the producers and not the tubes, when you look for porn. This of course stands for any copyrighted material, including, among others, Hollywood movies, books, software and music.Footnotes[1] "Tube Sites" Threaten Porn Studios[2] Pornhub[3] Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act[4] The Porn Industry Is Being Ripped Apart By Piracy-Fueled 'Tube' Websites[5] DMCA: The Porn Industry’s Worst Nightmare[6] MindGeek Is Both Plaintiff And Defendant In Two New DMCA Lawsuits

What is the future use of a digital signature?
The present time is all about getting things online because of which gradually many conventional methods are being replaced by modern techniques. One of such traditional method of getting signatures on a document has transformed from pen and paper to digital signatures. It is due to ease of use, data security and validation from many government regularities.“An Insight Into Digital Signatures & Its Future In The Industry”Definition of a signature by oxford dictionary is: “A person’s name written in a distinctive way as a form of identification in authorizing a cheque or document or concluding a letter.”Modern day technique of signing documents online has taken the digital space to new heights. Secure electronic signature have proved to be the safest and tampered proof method of handling documents through the signature process. Many countries have permitted this process by issuing governing acts and legislation that defines digital signature constitutes. So How Do they Work?Basically electronic signature or precisely digital signature is based onto cryptography technology. In this the user is provided with two keys one private and the other public. While sending a document you will use your private key for signing it digitally and the recipient will authenticate the document using its public key. Here’s how it functions:The document is uploaded and sent out for acquiring digital signatureA cryptographic hash will be generated with the private key of the sender and then attached to the document. The recipient entity will receive the encrypted document along with the public key certificate of the senderUsing the public key the recipient will decrypt the hash and then from their end generate a cryptographic hashIf both the hash values matches it ensures the authenticity of the documentRelying Onto Secure Electronic SignatureThe future of digital signature is very promising as gradually the traditional signature method is becoming obsolete. Many service provider of digital signature has started offering free esign services to its users in order to capture more business. So get onto this super fast and less time consuming means of digital signature without compromising on the security for your business. Because- “the future is here”!!!

And according to this I have to be in 3rd year but because of regular management issue of our faculty exams of 2nd year could not be conducted till now. Hopefully it will conducted soon. This is all about our yearly exams. Rest in I don't know you are in which college and pursuing which subject so I can't say anything in much detail. But in the end I just want to say that if you want to study for your knowledge then you have to do hard work by your self. And college is not going to help you much!Hope this will help you☺
