Does life get better after 23?
I’m going to give a different answer than what most other people have said. Do with this what you will. You see, these questions keep getting asked on Quora, and to me they are used too much as an excuse to trot out the same cliched advice about your 20s or 30s or 40s or whatever decade the questioner asks about. The truth is, your 20s don’t have to be a certain way.Reading about other people’s experiences of their 20s is an interesting exercise in itself, but you should never replace being interested in the experiences of others with expecting the same things out of life as those people. When you invest too much of your self-worth in how you measure up to the experiences of other people, you start to expect too much out of life. You read all the answers on here and you start to think everyone of those things will happen to you during your 20s.Newsflash: they probably won’t.Everyone is unique, and everyone goes through life at their own pace.Yeah, you might have an amazing time after you turn 23, but age is irrelevant. The question “does life get better?” implies too much investment in the future you and not enough attention to the you of today, the you of now.Life gets better when you focus on it right now. Life doesn’t get better when you focus on some arbitrary idea of improvement that comes with ticking off certain goals that society expects you to achieve. The only foolproof method to improving your life is this:Recognize that everything is perfect as it is. You are a living, breathing organism with the capacity to experience this vast universe we call home. That is literally all you need out of life.Treat achievements like a game, Sometimes you might win and get what you want out of your life situation, sometimes you might fail and feel down. But when you play a game, you often forget about the end goal of completing the game because you are enjoying the process of playing the game.Enjoy playing the game of life, and you won’t get bogged down with the notion of making it better. It will already be perfect.Read more about investing too much of your self-worth in society’s idea of achievement here.

Can someone share experience using Aha! product management software?
Thanks for asking this question. I thought I would provide a quick response here and am interested to see what the community has to say as well. You probably know a few product managers who are using Aha! as well, so you might want to tap your network. Anyway, I am a founder and the CEO of Aha! We started the company after running product and strategy in six software companies. We used Excel and PPT for planning and thought there had to be a better way. So, we launched Aha! in 2013 and have been humbled by the feedback and growth. We now serve 50,000 users at many of the best known Web and tech companies around. I thought I would share a few thoughts from our customers. There are two good resources to see what real customers think:1. There is a Twitter stream of comments from customers about Aha!2. You can also read over 70 customer stories about their experience with Aha!The following are just a few quotes from a few companies that you might recognize:"At Concur, we love the visibility and structure Aha! brings to the discipline of product management and roadmapping. In addition, product owners can now easily publish reports to various key stakeholders. This reduces redundant, time-consuming tasks while enabling our leadership to make solid decisions." -- Ram Tulasi, Senior Product Manager -- Mobile, Concur"Aha! simplifies planning, resource allocation, and reporting for 15 product lines that all rely on a single development team. With Aha! we are able to forecast and plan effectively with a much longer time horizon."-- Cy Caine, SVP - Strategy & Product Development, Haymarket Media"Aha! bridges the gap between the work and the vision."-- Scott Menzel, Senior Product Manager, GuideStar"Aha! has simplified the way we manage our digital banking applications products. We use the platform to plan out our roadmap the way we do in our heads. It’s like Aha! knew exactly what we needed before we knew we needed it."-- Nick Fantham, Channel Manager – Retail Online Banking, Bank of New Zealand"Aha! is set up the way that our brains think as product managers. It helps us in every aspect of our jobs and feels completely natural. Also, the Aha! customer care is worthy of an award — as is the pace and impact of their innovations."-- Michael Loiacono, Software Portfolio Manager, Siemens"Aha! provides much-needed, but oft-neglected structure around the numerous facets that comprise successful product management."-- Wen Zhang, Product Manager, WileyI am personally interested in how you heard about Aha! and what you think of it. You can sign up here if you would like to try Aha! for free for 30 days. A former product manager will be happy to help you get started.

What would it take for Soundcloud to really succeed?
Product perspectivePricing: SoundCloud Go is overpriced. Why would anyone pay a $10/month subscription just to listen offline, ad-free and to full songs that were once available for free? For comparison, Spotify offers offline streaming, weekly curated playlists and a more polished app experience for half that price (through student and family discounts). Pandora also charges $5/month; this seems to be an industry-wide price point and to compete SoundCloud needs to rethink pricing.Improve music discovery: The best way to find music on SC is the related tabs sidebar, similar to YouTube’s sidebar. At the moment, it only displays 3 songs. This needs to be much more prominent. Why not display 10 or 15 like YouTube does? Why not have a front-page like YouTube’s that tries to predict what you would want to listen to next? This is how users can spend entire hours on the site, immersed in the content as artists get more exposure and SoundCloud collects ad revenues. Win-win.Revamp the app: The website player offers a good UX; maybe not as visually attractive as Spotify’s, but is more simple and intuitive to use in my opinion. The app is another story. This just about sums it up:Millennials spend more time on their smartphones than with each other, the app needs to be a priority. How should SC revamp the app? Start with glaring missing features and bug fixes:Add the music discovery feature of the web player to the appAdd a tab to view followers or people I’m following. This is an obvious missing feature and would improve community engagement and music discovery.Fix search: At the moment it is skewed towards popular searches rather than relevancy. A simple use case illustrates this: I am looking for my friend who I am already following, and have to almost type his full name before I can find his account. Not good enough in this day and age.Better marketing and awareness of users: SC is constantly pressuring me to upgrade to a Pro account. I uploaded one song. It now thinks I am some aspiring artist and is pressuring me to upgrade so I can “double my upload time, view stats like plays by country and city, and pin tracks to the top of my profile”. It makes sense to ACTUAL artists who may want to see hotspots to tour next or present a tailored profile that highlights their best tracks. But I am a consumer, and it’s quite surprising that I did not even know about the new SoundCloud Go until I started researching for this post. Speaks volumes about marketing.Look to open-source for innovation: Often, developers can see potentially new and exciting features and try to implement it themselves for leisure. While the actual implementation may not be high-quality enough or scalable, they are definitely good insight into new ideas/features.Business perspective Long term outlook: The music streaming service industry is very crowded. Tech giants Google, Apple and Amazon look to prize market share away from Spotify, SoundCloud and Pandora. The current business pattern is: weather losses, acquire more funding to weather even more losses. Spotify continues to incur annual loss after annual loss. It is unsustainable, but tech giants don’t care:Apple, whose annual revenues exceed $230bn, has long used music as a loss-leader to help it sell devices such as the iPhone, first with the iTunes download store and now with streaming service Apple Music. For them, music streaming is just a piece of a larger puzzle.Despite this, SoundCloud manages to avoid costly record label deals by going directly to the artist, similar to YouTube’s partner program. If Spotify is the Netflix of audio, then SoundCloud is the YouTube. While Netflix is burdened by the costs of television rights, YouTube is not. Twitter reportedly invested $70 million several days ago, the future looks bright for SoundCloud.

What are some interesting campus recruitment rejection stories?
This didn’t happen to a friend of mine :PThis happened to me !There was this Data Analytics Startup company (Now Stop Guessing, Its not MUSIGMA, I wasn’t even shortlisted in the first round of MUSIGMA)..The Job Post said, “We are looking for minds who can innovate. No prerequisites. Any candidate from any department who has a CGPA above 8 can enroll.’’First Round: I had a CGPA of 8.3. So I appeared for the screening test. Screening test primarily consisted of questions that test your personality. From the whole university only 14 people were selected. I was one among the 14.Second Round: We had this Group Discussion on the topic, How science can be incorporated into movies to make stunts more realistic, at least theoretically ?Oratory and Writing was never a problem for me since childhood. So got through the round 2.5 were shortlisted from 14 for the final round.Final Round: I went into the Interview Room. There were 2 interviewers in the panel.Interview kick started with normal basic HR interview type questions, I was painting the smile on the face of the interviewers with every answer of mine. (The skill which I developed over consecutive fall outs in the first round of 8 companies that visited my college previously.)Interviewers: So Ganesh, Your Resume says you are from ECE, How comfortable are you, with coding ?Me: I am pretty much comfortable sir, though am no coding geek. In the past 6 semesters, I have had good amount of exposure to coding. I learnt C, CPP BASICS (Appending Basics to every skill set of yours, was always a safe option ) in my first year. After getting into department, I got familiarized with MATLAB and SCILAB. I took Virtual Instrumentation Elective so I have a good amount of knowledge in Labview too.Interviewer: I can see it from your mini projects, that you have a good knowledge in software tools relating to your domain (ECE). But we are a Data Analytics Company, so tell us if you have any previous experience with any of the Data Analytics tool ?Me: No sir. I don’t have any. Maybe I could relate a bit to the Scopus journal which am currently working under my Mentor. Since it is a journal paper I cannot let you the details completely. So I’ll just let you know the concept of the base journal. We collect the data from MIMO systems, process it and predict the perfect Transceiver design. And MATLAB serves the purpose.Interviewer: Do you have any luck with R language or Hadoop ?(Luck! I smelled his Sarcasm)Me: No Sir, I did my 11th and 12th through State-Board. When I joined college, I used to envy at people who did 11th & 12th through CBSE, find coding so comfortable. Those guys who could write Double Linked List code with such ease scared me. Then slowly I learnt, I started to get the hang of it. And here I am, ending up in the Top 5. So I feel I can learn the languages required for our company too in due course of time.Interviewer: I can understand your desperation to get placed. But, hereafter when you are applying for a company, first sit and check whether your profile matches with the company’s profile. Thanks !(Desperation to get Placed ! Enough Said !)Me: I can understand that you couldn’t find me a place in your firm. With all due respect, I applied for this company just because you have mentioned “No Prerequisites” in the Job post. Hope you edit in the future Job posts of yours. Thanks !Result:REJECTED !!

What is the interview process in Works applications?
What is the interview procedure at Works Application for an R&D Engineer like? How does one prepare for it? To get your interviews with Work Applications, you need to solve a set of questions within a stipulated amount of time. One thing to remember is that you are competiting again the whole of India, and hence your programs should run as fast as possible, even in the worst case. As far as I'm concerned, this is the hardest stage to clear. Once you have cleared that, you shall be called for interviews. You shall have the option to pick your location and date of interviews. You shall have two 45 minutes technical interviews, one 50 minutes written aptitude round and one HR round. The process sha...

What are the signs of mediocrity in individuals?
There are 8 signs of mediocrity:Drift with the tideWould you choose "sail with the mainstream" or "go against the current bravely"? Most people want to go with the crowd, and they are carried along by the tide. Their survival strategy is consistent with the big environment's: you do what everyone is doing.Being "distinctive unusual" means you need to break the rules, and you have to pay a painful price, such as taking the risk of failure.Follow others blindly means a sense of security, meaning it won't be too bad. Do what most people feel right, which makes you feel at ease.Lack of Intrinsic MotivationIn our teenage years, parents urged us to practice the piano, and teachers supervised us writing homework. However, after adulthood, we cheered for "Escape from the superintend of family and school." Without the pressure on the top, we also lost the power to push us forward, and the colossal emptiness came one after another:Who am I?What do I like to do?What kind of person do I want to be?…Now they are plaguing countless adults. But these questions should be inspired by our parents and guided by our teachers when we were children.Only those children who have been respected and treated equally by their parents since they were young have the opportunity to discover their true hobbies and are allowed to immerse themselves. They do something not for accomplishing material success, but spiritual contented:They study hard not for win recognition, but for satisfying their curiosity; They working hard is not to acquire fame, but to make their product change the world.UtilitarianismWe are sophisticated egoism who excessive pursuit of "pragmatism."For the families at the bottom of society, the examination is almost their child only way out. Therefore, all kinds of hobbies are labeled as "useless" by the parents from the proletariat, and even stigmatize them:When you are in junior high school, "What? You want to play football? Is this related to SSAT/Senior High School Entrance Examination? Lay neglect it. You can do anything after SSAT is over."When you are in high school, "What? You want to hold a rock concert? Can this improve your score in college entrance? Put it aside. After the SAT, you could do whatever you like."When you are in undergraduate, "Why are you attending so many extracurricular activities? What if you don't have enough GPA to get your degree? Shelve them away." “Why did you select these elective courses? They can't help you find a good employment!”When you are in postgraduate, "Why do you stubbornly choose the topic that you are interested in? Is the subject that the advisor advises you is not good? If you go on arbitrarily cling to your own course, you will not be able to graduate!”When you start working, "Why did you choose the career you like? This thing doesn't make much money. It's not decent enough. You are a shame of our clan. Hey, think about how to render your ancestors illustrious!? "Ultimately, people like their own desires, not what they love.Secular evaluations and external drives erode what we really love, leaving only Utilitarian (achieve social positions and riches). We have lost the ability to actively "want."Adults who lack internal motivation are like "water without a source, or a tree without the root." They anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits.Eager for take shortcutsThey vain hope for the speed-up-educational-program & wishful think for quick-success.10 years ago: Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days5 years ago: ushered into writing in 7 Days3 years ago: Speak Chinese Fluent in 8 Days2 years ago: Calligraphy Getting Started in 1 Day1 year ago: learn the rudiments of painting in 1 hour1 month ago: 60 min cross the threshold of Photoshop1 week ago: 5 minutes learn the 101 of PPTYes, too much young people who have been mistakenly held up by the bestsellers or online courses. It should have been a systematic, step-by-step, learning process. But those young people are not to strive on their own but are a delusion to rest on other's laurels and shorten the learning process.Don’t delirium.CompromiseYou used to have a dream. Maybe it is unrealistic. You run into snags, be foiled, were laughed at, and then come to terms. You first compromise with the facts and think that you can't change the status quo; Then compromise with others and believe that yourself just fond dream like what they are saying; Finally, compromise with yourself: “my dream is unrealistic”. So you give up plan A (original objective) and choice plan B (less attractive alternative option), lower your target a bit.Slowly, as your goal is lowered step by step, you will compromise again and again, and you will forget your dream in the end.It is too difficult to protect your dream. It needs "Steel Armor," "Glass Flower House," and "Stop caring what people think of you. “ProcrastinationWait until... I will...I will learn English well when I am free.I will study vocational skills when I graduate. When I retired, I started to learn piano. If I have... I will...If I have money, I will travel around the world. If I hire a programmer, I can find an investment. If I have an investment, I can start my business. If not... I will...If it weren't because of my poor English, I would be able to go to Harvard. If it weren't because I was ugly, I would get a good position. If it weren't because I was poor, I would have a beautiful girlfriend. So, just do it. Now or never.Pretending to do sthThey dare not face the true self, but deceive themselves, love to make up stories, hooked by their own lies, self-hypnosis. Then they live in their own self harmonious life, and finally, step toward mediocrity.pseudo-learningIn the school days, they only held a seat in the library and classroom, pretending to be a straight A student. When reading a book, they will be distracted and dazed if they encounter a problem, but immersed in the illusion of "I am learning."pseudo-workingWhen they were working, they pretended to work hard and even dawdle overtime until midnight. They dawdle dilly-dally when they are doing proper business, but have been surf on Facebook from time to time, browse youtube and refresh Twitter. Their working efficiency so low and drift along aimlessly.Seek pretextWhen we were young, barely people would accept mediocrity or satisfied with a dull life, most of them full of zeal and high aspirations. But after experiencing the failure, most people will comfort themselves with various excuses to obtain peace of mind. Initially, this was a partial practice to self-adjustment. However, it eventually became an excuse for psychological comfort and became the chief culprit in your "fall into mediocrity."Human beings are particularly good at Self-Reconciliation, and we are happy to make excuses for ourselves to "rationalize our situation."Your internal mediocrity is the moment when you lost the faith of being excellent. When you get the feeling that your work is OK, you have got killed another 'you' who can make it much better.Chier Hu's answer to What makes people mediocre?Chier Hu's answer to Why do people fall into mediocrity?

I have an idea for an app. What should I do next?
The first step-Build an MVP.People start their business with an idea, however, only a few of them are winning.“Is the idea good just for me or for many people?” - this is the key question that may keep you up in the middle of the night. Many entrepreneurs and individuals dream to establish a winning business with a great startup app idea. Even after spending months or even years, developing or improving their final product, they tend to fall short radically. The most common reason is that the founders do not communicate with their potential customers and tend to directly launch their final product thinking that the users will flock to use their product. It’s better to find out if the product you plan to launch is required by other people or not. The best way to do that is by launching a minimum viable product (MVP).Rather than releasing a full-fledged mobile app with all the features, you can go for building an MVP App, which will save you money and time and help identify the risks associated with your MVP App Development, at comparatively low cost. By adopting this strategy you may sleep well at night without distressing yourself with major product failure. What is a Minimum Viable Product?MVP – A minimum viable product is a technique used by startups and developers in which a new product is launched with just enough features that are core to the product.MVP product development incorporates only the core features set, good UI/UX and standards-based design. It is created to demonstrate the product idea, examine the key assumptions about interactions and determine customer reactions.MVP for startups is an adaptation of the final product that helps you validate your idea with your potential customers with the least amount of efforts. Launching a product based on your gut feeling about what the market might need can be disastrous both from time and money aspects. The MVP concept redefines this and ensures that you launch a thin product to get the feedback about the idea from potential consumers at an early stage, to follow their reaction and willingness to purchase a product. The concept of Launching the “Minimum Viable Product” (MVP) has become popular in the business and startup community over the last few years.MVP – the term was coined by Eric Ries. He is the author ‘The Lean Startup’ and one of the founders of ‘Lean Technologies’.Why it is necessary to build an MVP app?An MVP App is the quickest way from an idea to a business. It provides quick market entry and therefore real user experience that gives an opportunity to assess the potential of a project. An MVP App is the quickest way from an idea to a business. It provides quick market entry and therefore real user experience that gives an opportunity to assess the potential of a project.MVP is the crux of an appAn MVP app doesn’t include secondary functions it concentrates only on one idea. MVP is an app that has a single feature (or very less number of features) yet provides enough value to give it a spin and you start getting the customers with minimum risks.MVP helps you guess less and win moreIt’s not reasonable to spend months developing an app with a bunch of features just to find out that people do not need it. If you ask people the question: What do you want? They will say… Actually, people literally don’t know what they want and won’t be able to give you a clear answer. So only offer a few features, variants, options and then measure the data on which of those features are appealing to the users. The advantages of MVP app DevelopmentRaise funds when you need themMVP App allows you to show a reflection of your final-product to your potential users. MVP helps you to provide the innovative features initially and bring more features in the future. It is affordable to launch a thin version of your Full-Featured Mobile App in the form of an MVP and test the market traction and feasibility. Once you have the required traction it becomes much easier to raise the funds.Evolutionary Product Life-CycleSince the MVP Mobile App only incorporates the core features of your product, it becomes much easier to pivot your product roadmap based on customer requirements. Mobile App Founders can modify their product roadmap or change it completely to ensure that the users get the product they need based on the actual data that is gathered with the MVP.ROI-Driven InvestmentThe development of a full-fledged mobile app can take several months. In some cases, it might take a year or more. The cost of such a development is also very high. The MVP, on the other hand, reduces the upfront cost signNowly. Mobile App MVPs are built on the incremental value-add model. You can polish the design and features with each update. The Second step- Start with a product roadmap.A product roadmap is a powerful tool which shows the likely direction of the product and the vision of the key stakeholders. It helps steer the engineering efforts, win and retain customers, and help in strategic planning at the company level. In a startup environment, it’s about striking a balance between the product’s vision and customer requirements. In an established environment, the product roadmap helps get the buy-in of all stakeholders, get partners on-board and get the budget for the product.Challenges while Creating a Product RoadmapCreating a product roadmap is not an easy task, especially in the agile setting, where:things change rapidlythere are lots of new feature requestsevery feature request looks like a top prioritylast minute requests by the sales team &pressure by the management for new changesBecause of all these constraints and roadblocks, the product roadmap loses its essence and often bites-back with the added weight. What your Product Roadmap should do?The product roadmap tool is extremely important and it should be so compelling that it:drives the company strategy towards one goalgives the direction to the development effortscreates noise in the market with PR effortsgive a sense of confidence to the partners &clearly shows the customers where we are headedSince the product roadmap directs critical aspects of the business, it’s important to spend a good amount of time to show the high-level direction of the product to both internal and external stakeholders.Roadmapping TechniquesThere are certain techniques to create a product roadmap. These help you break-down your feature backlog and make more sense out of it. Here are a few road mapping techniques:Goal Oriented Product RoadmapOpportunity AssessmentScoring Framework to PrioritizeImpact MappingStory TellingTheme AlignmentSteps to Create a Product RoadmapThe agile product roadmap should align with the business goals. Based on different stakeholders, it can capture any or all of the aspects below:Product VisionRelease Plan for Internal & External StakeholdersStrategic InitiativesTarget Market & Growth StrategyNew Technology AdoptionMaintenance & Bug FixesStep 1 – CaptureCapture the feature requirements from multiple stakeholders like customers, sales, partners, management, support, engineering and others that are involved with the product in one way or the other.Step 2 – AlignAlign the requests with the product vision and business goals. Identify the strategic initiatives that you will take in order to signNow the business goals.Step 3 – SplitEither use the monthly or quarterly approach to display the release plan or split your list into these goals:short-termmiddle-termlong-termStep 4 – PrioritizeScore each point with some scoring framework and create a prioritized list, which tells a coherent story.Step 5 – ShareGet the buy-in from the key stakeholders, iterate and share the final roadmap with all.Above mentioned steps are the basic and necessary steps that any new app idea should go through. An MVP development will prove the concept validation of the idea and its viability in the first place. And a roadmap will guide deadline/targets/time allocation in which every process will occur. There’s is more that comes after above-mentioned steps: like app launch strategies/marketing etc. Developing an app is not sprint its marathon that needs continuous and steady growth over the years.“Over the last decade, I’ve launched many apps and SaaS platforms for entrepreneurs and early-stage startups who’ve gone ahead and made hundreds and millions of dollars using these platforms. If you have an app idea and not sure where to start, I can help. Feel free to connect with contact details in my profile.”

What are some things that make you sad?
The kind of people you see on QuoraThe Bounty HuntersThese are the ones who are here for the bloodbath. They consistently pursue upvotes and views and are willing to go to any length to write the phrases like ‘Thank you for 1k, 5k, 10k+ upvotes’ , ‘Edit 1- Thank You; Edit 2- Thank You for the praise; Edit 3- Thank You for the praise and love’ etc. They tend to lure you in with a provocative picture to skew your interest and like the gentle sheep we are, we follow the herd and hit the upvote. If this answer gets 1k, 5k, 10k+ upvotes, you know what happened.2. The Game of Thrones FanaticsYes, we get it. It is a great show based on phenomenal novels. I watch it too. SO DOES THOUSANDS OF OTHERS WHO DON’T BRAG ABOUT WATCHING IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Imagine this:You have mounted piles of work everywhere around you at the office so that you can keep your mind off the fact that the GoT finale has already aired in the US. Now, you just wanna go back to your home, grab your pizza, crash down on your couch to begin watching the show. But wait, earlier when you tried surfing Quora a moron asked, ‘Why did Tommen jump to his death? Why did Cercei blow up the Sept? Why is Jon declared King in the North? Why is Sansa not declared Queen in the North?’Enough already. To whomsoever who spoiled Ramsey Bolton’s death to me in Ep. 9, I wish I will be the one to spoil Tyrion’s death to you, whenever it comes to that.3. The Live CommentatorsThese are the ones who generally go with the question of- ‘What do XYZ think about the recent developments with ABC?’Their motto is simple. Get the first mover advantage and garner as much upvotes and views as possible, while the topic is still trending.4. The ones who write their CV’s on profile biosNo offence to the professors and entrepreneurs who are genuinely imparting knowledge. They deserve it.But it doesn’t make any sense when your profile bio reads- ’20 years experience in Investment banking and asset management, VC at BlaBla Ventures, Co-founder of ‘ApatheticStartupWhichIsDestinedToGoNowhereButIClaimItWillMakeTheWorldABetterPlace’ when you are writing answer to- Why does my cat smell its own excreta?5. The Hot MessThey are the ones with an obviously high number of followers. They are the supreme feminists, fashion bloggers and globe trotters. They are the masters when imparting dating and relationship advice and are the highest authority when it comes to sophistication and class. They have travelled the entire world, except the “third world”. They don’t miss out any opportunity to attach an ‘obligatory duck face picture of themselves with a Chanel clutch in one hand and a Starbucks cup in the other’ along with their answers.6. The Engineers and MBA’sThey are likely to begin their answers with- ‘During the second year, in my ‘PrestigiousPretentiousCollege, when my best friend was studying in ‘LessPrestigiousCollege’, and I was dating ‘TheHotMessWhoActuallyDidn’tGiveCrapAboutMe’. They are the ones who have had every single goddamn experience in their colleges, have gone through a minimum of five break-ups and they answer to no one but the Lord of Beer.7) The pesky ones who ask questions to glorify their brethrenTheir questions begin with 'Why does the people of my country, community, region or religion do something in a particular fashion?' and they inadvertently imply why their brethren is better than the rest. They flood Quora with similar questions again and again, and sleep at night with satisfaction in their hearts that they managed to do some good for humanity.8) The pesky ones who ask questions to see their brethren fallTheir questions begin with 'Why are the people of my country, community, region or religion not as good as the others?' and directly imply that they would rather leave their brethren behind in search for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.9) The silent browsersThey are the ones whose questions begin with '?', wait they don't ask questions. They browse through their feed everyday, they know what's happening on Quora, they know who deserves up votes and who deserves to be ignored. They consume all the knowledge that is available on Quora but rarely contribute. They are the silent guardians, the watchful protector, the shadow in the night, but no one knows who they are.10) The real heroesThey are the ones with facts. They are the epitome of an ideal Quoran. They are never short of facts, they know which questions to ignore and which ones to write an answer to. They never fail to contribute knowledge to this community and are the pillars behind the very ideology of Quora. Though they may not get the views and up votes because the popular opinion resides with the 'Hot Mess', but they are the real heroes here. This makes me sad.
