I am considering four types of investments (one is actually insurance) here. I earn around 1 Lac per month.CryptosI research on them and buy undervalued tokens. I would cap my investment to a maximum of 2.5–3 Lac here. I have already invested 1.6 which currently values at around 6 Lac. I expect them to rise to 20+ Lac by 2018 end.StocksI have analyzed over 300 stocks fundamentally. I have classified them into three categories. Portfolio Grade stocks (those who have given good returns in last 10 years and are fundamentally good companies) in which I would be investing continually and would not sell them until I see serious management/business issues.Momentum Grade stocks (those that can give good returns in the quarter), I would stay invested in them for a period of 3 months at least.These stocks usually would be 50% of short term investments.Potential Multibaggers that I consider less risky. 35% of the capital reserved for short term investments would go into it. I may hold them for at least one year unless there occurs some serious business concerns.Risky multibaggers/Turn around Stocks. Yes, because I want to face some loss to verify my researches. They may also give gain. Remaining capital for short term investments would go into this.I would re-balancing last three categories every quarter.I have also made a list of few penny stocks (usually less than Rs. 10). I will allot a small amount to them and leave them to grow. It is highly risky but I already consider that money as lost.Mutual FundsI do a SIP of Rs. 18000 per month. It is diversified into three categories.Rs. 6000 in small cap, Rs. 6000 in ELSS and Rs. 6000 in Large Cap/Diversified equity funds.Also, in case of market falls considerably, I would be investing lump sum amounts in consistently performing equity funds. I have not set any amount for it. It would depend upon availability of free cash. I guess I would not have to put any money further to it. Still, I am considering. Crypto part achieved.)40K each month to savings account.12K Variable (Utilized for traveling or other purposes)Now, lets analyze various investments.Cryptos - I think I have already explained about it.Stocks - Every quarter I would have around 160K in hand. Let’s say I put 100K in Portfolio Grade Stocks every second quarter.And once I have put 50K in momentum grade stocks, 35K in potential multibaggers and 15K in risky multibaggers(which I have already done). This money would be rebalanced so no further investment or only a small amount is drawn for further investments to it.Penny stocks. Let’s say I have identified 6 penny stocks and average cost per stock is Rs. 10. Consider I have bought 1000 stocks of each. Total one time investment is around 60,000. (I have already procured half of it)Mutual funds - I think i am clear about SIP part. Now the 160K I have at disposal for two quarters in a year. 100K goes as lump sum amount.Since, I leave 60K every quarter in my account I can easily pay one time in year the premium for term insurance which amount to around 32K.Let’s consider these investments for three years considering no increase in my salary. I am taking this time duration since I may not marry in these 3 years.I have invested 2.5–3 Lac in cryptos. (I guess no further investments)Around 6 Lac in portfolio grade stocks. I would increase SIP by 5K. Exaggeration hides truth and causes chaos. Income Tax Notices does not mean that your wealth is confiscated. It simply means there is some discrepancy in the taxes one has paid and one should have paid. It is more of a request notice from government to pay taxes or explain non-payment of taxes.Edit 3:Every month I would be participating in one ICO (Intital Coin Offering). All my ICOs for now have performed well and have given more than 10x returns.

Waiting chairs/benches etc. under MPLAD Scheme Guidelines issue for installations of chairs/benches/overhead sheds at stations under Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme(MPLAD).Comprehensive guidelines have been issued for improvement of passenger amenities at stations through NGOs, Trusts, Corporate etc. R.O. drinking water at stations Provision of Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) drinking water units at selection stations on experimental basis has been planned. To begin with, eight stations namely, Madurai, Gadag, Tirupati, Guwahati Dwarka, H.Nizammudin, Patna  & Bhopal were identified for provision of R.O. drinking water units. While R.O. drinking water units have already been commissioned at Dwarka, Gadag, H.Nizammudin, Katihar (in lieu of Guwahati), Madurai and Tirupati stations R.O. units at Patna & Bhopal are planned to be commissioned shortly.This will help provide safe drinking water to passengers. Seperate Food safety officer in every division With a view to ensure better quality check on the food installations in Railway, it has been decided to appoint one Food Safety Officer in every Division of the Railways. The Wi-Fi project on Indian Railways is being executed by RailTel, a Public Sector Undertaking of the Ministry of Railways. This move will ultimately help railways growth through augmentation of its financial resources. Interim Report of HLRRC submitted to Railway Board Interim Report of High Level Railway Restructuring Committee (HLRCC) headed by Dr. Bibek Debroy has been submitted to the Railway Board.The report has also been put on the Ministry’s website for inviting suggestions and comments. Cumulatively, 48,179 route kilometers (approx.) OFC has been commissioned over Indian .It will enable high speed internet connectivity and video conferencing facility. New lines and electrificationIn 2014-15, 1983 km of railway lines have been commissioned. This is the highest ever. In 2014-15, 1375 km of railway electrification completed. This is the highest ever. SAFETY Geo-spatial technologies for unmanned level crossings In a signNow move to make Unmanned Level Crossings (UMLCs) safer for road users thereby avoiding accidents thereat, Geo-spatial technologies are proposed to be used with the help of ISRO. Under such technologies which combine Global Positioning System(GPS), Geographic Information System(GIS) and Remote Sensing, an alert message will be flashed automatically in the mobile phones of all the road users carrying GPS enabled mobile phones in the vicinity of an Unmanned Level Crossing, about the approaching train. This will save many lives as many fatal accidents occur at unmanned level crossing. Quick evacuation of injured persons from tracks Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being put in place regarding quick evacuation of the injured persons from the railway track so that human lives are saved. MoU on construction of ROBs/RUBs In a move to further enhance safety of road users, Ministry of Railways and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on policy related to constructions of Road Over Bridges and Road Under Bridges on National Highway corridors.  MAKE IN INDIA Expansion project of DLW factory The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the commencement of Expansion Project of Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), a production unit of Indian Railways at Varanasi on some of the features of  the expansion plan are; a new block shop, loco frame shop and loco assembly shop, new plant shop having advanced paint booths, induction of high productivity machines and generation of 250 kw Green Power by roof mounted grid connected solar power plant. The project will herald the ‘Make in India’ campaign in the holy city, Varanasi.Ministry of Railway also successfully floated RFP for state of the Art Electro Loco Factory at Madhepura and Diesel Loco Factory at Marhowra. Again RFP were issued for manufacturing 9000 HP electric locos for western DFC. Locos will be manufactured at Dankuni and Technology will be transferred to CLW, Chittanranjan. It has identified nine corridors for this purpose. Trial run in Delhi-Agra corridor successfully completed for running trains at semi-high speed of 160 km. per hour. The commercial services will be started after obtaining the CRS sanction. The feasibility study for semi high speed on Chennai-Bangaluru-Mysore Corridor is being taken up by Chinese Railways. Feasibility study for New Delhi-Chandigarh Corridor to be undertaken with French Railway. Discussions are on with Germany for undertaking feasibility study of Nagpur-Secunderabad Corridor. 5 other identified corridors under examination for semi high speed trains. Mumbai-Ahemdabad High Speed Bullet train project Ministry of Railways took steps for introduction of High Speed Bullet Trains(300+kmph) in the country on Mumbai-Ahmadabad corridor.  It is part of the Ministry’s ambitious plan to have Diamond Quadrilateral network of High Speed Rail connecting major metros and growth centers of the country. French Railway submitted business model study of this corridor. The interim report of feasibility study being undertaken by Japan has been received and final report is expected in June, 2015. One new route between New Delhi and Chennai has been identified for introducing bullet train and China has been entrusted with the task of undertaking feasibility study of this line. JAMMU & KASHMIR AND NORTH EASTOpening of Lumding-Silchar broad gauge section The much awaited Lumding-Silchar Broad Gauge section (Assam) inaugurated with the running of goods trains. The passenger train services will be started soon on this section. Setting up of mechanised laundries Mechanised laundries at 6 new locations have been set up to improve the quality of linen being supplied to AC class passengers. With this Indian Railway now have 33 such mechanized laundries. Dustbins on all the coaches: Dustbins on trains were hitherto being provided mainly on AC coaches. Now dustbins will be provided in all the coaches including non AC coaches. On Board Housekeeping services scheme: An additional 83 no. of trains have been covered under OBHS scheme taking total coverage to around 500 trains. Installation of more Bio-Toilets in coachesMore than 10159 Bio-toilets have been fitted till March, 2015 and target set for 2015-16 is fitment of 17,000 bio-toilets. HELPING FARMERS AND RURAL PEOPLE First ever Perishable Cargo Centre set up The first ever Perishable Cargo Centre of Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) (a Railway PSU) at Adarsh Nagar station near Azadpur Sabzi Mandi, Delhi, was inaugurated. This perishable cargo centre will help farmers and consumers in a big way and the ripening of fruits and cold storage facilities at this cargo centre will help the farmers get a good price and good market for their product. Skill development activities in railway premises Indian Railways has around 8000 stations and premises of some of the railway stations with very few trains and scanty footfall would be used for skill development activities. The potential cooperation areas mentioned in the MoU are; i) Training in heavy haul freight transportation, ii) Raising of speed of trains on existing routes, iii) Station redevelopment, iv) High speed rail and v) Setting up of Railway University. MoU on cooperation with Republic of Korea Indian Railways and Republic of Korea signed a MoU on Technical Cooperation In the Rail Sector. The MoU would enable technical assistance and cooperation between the Railways of the two countries on areas such as High Speed Rail, Modernisation of Rolling Stock, Railway Operations, Modernisation of Signalling, Construction & Maintenance technologies and in development of Logistics Parks/Terminals. Cooperation with Czech Republic MoU has also been signed with Czech Republic for technical assistance in Railway sector. I interned at Amazon India, at chennai as an application engineer intern. It was a 8 months long internship, from September 2017 to may 2018.I had been selected through campus recruitment, after several rounds of interviews.It was an amazing experience! I was working under a research scientist, who had a phd from the Massachusetts Institute of technology. She was very nice to me, teaching me every small details of what it takes to work at big companies. She understood that my college did not equip me with certain skills and taught me things like sending emails and communication.After my internship i had learnt how to approach a particular problem. I had learnt how people look and analyze the problem and look for solutions. I think that is one of the most important thing a fresh college graduate would have to know. I now have a direction on what to do in order to grow in my career.My manager took a lot of interest in my growth and managed me very well. Any time i was struck she would help me solve my problem amd get the work done. She would teach me how she would have done that task and make me think in way i get to the solution. She always assigned me tasks that were manageable for me and saw that i was able to solve the problem. She has spent a lot Time explaining things and answering all my questions. She patiently cleared all my doubts and explained anything i asked her. It was very nice that she spent so much time with me inspute of her busy schedule.One of the most interesting part of the internship is meetings with high profile people at amazon. I was able to attend meetings with AVPs who shared their views and talked about the future of our products. I attended meetings with Mr. Narsi Narasiman one of the first engineers of kindle..Amazon the company itself looks after its employees amd helps them to grow in their careers. All of us have a mentor who would advise us trends in the industry. They would tell us what has to be done, to be able to climb the career ladder.The work timings were lenient and there was wasn't a strict timing. I had to work about 40 hrs a week to achieve my targets. I got to learn a lot of things and my manager always empathized on learning during the internship. She was very helpful in helping me learn and improve.The office had good recreational facilities with table tennis, snooker and fooz ball in the playing area.These are some of the photos of my office.Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
