this video is a tutorial for Microsoft PowerPoint for the iPad I made a tutorial for this app a few years ago but since then a number of new features have been added so this is going to be a bit more of an in-depth tutorial covering all of the latest features when you open up the app you've got this screen here and you've got a number of different templates to choose from and down the side you have a number of different categories and options so we can have a look through those first we're going to start at the bottom we have settings the Settings tab allows you to sign into your office 365 account so you can access all of the editing features if you have a subscription underneath that you can send feedback to Microsoft and get help and support with the app and then at the bottom we have three different settings the first is to turn on or off push notifications and below that we have the option to enable PowerPoint designer PowerPoint design is a feature of PowerPoint where you can get help with the layout or the look of each one of your slides and at the bottom we have Apple pencil always draws ink and we can set up on our off so if you have an Apple pencil you can use this as a stylus to select items or you can use it specifically for drawing and you can turn that option on or off here next up from the bottom we have open and this is where we can open previously worked on files the locations are stored on the second column here underneath places the first options are later open files from your onedrive account and below that we have other locations that we can use - the first being items stored on the iPad itself if you tap on more that will give you access to your iCloud Drive account and below that we have at a place and from here we can add a number of different cloud storage services the next option up on the left is for shared this allows you to access files that you have shared with other people above that we have recent which is pretty self-explanatory allows you to access your most recently used files and the top option is new and this is the one we're going to focus on now here you can see we have a number of different templates or in the top left we can choose to have a blank presentation and I want to start by choosing that one the layout of Microsoft PowerPoint is very similar to that of his desktop counterpart we essentially have three main areas the strip along the top has a number of different tabs and these give us all of the different editing options available and we can have a look through all of these throughout this...
