know we know that your non-renewal turrents time frame is 60 days and we've to give 68 notice but we want to make sure that it's all pulling in correctly your special stipulation rent concessions and insurance making sure that if they if you are offering any concessions that it's pulling in correctly or you're entering it pet information you've got your lead hazard asbestos utility billing addendum so this will probably look a little this would look different if you're used to the naa lease the GAA we've got your service billing addendum smoke-free parking information storage area lease information washer/dryer there's a lease on it and finally your access addendum be it your if you have alarms on your apartment homes or any additional access information that you might need so essentially when you go through your GA a lease here you're going to go through each section we're just going to make sure all the fields are correct or entered as necessary and then that's been then they'll click I understand continue and they'll fill out their information now there's a sign option here so if you're using a touchscreen you can actually physically sign and initial yourself there by using the signature box in the initial box here otherwise if you're not using a touchscreen or just prefer to type you can just click type and it will create a signature for you and we're just going to save and continue and then just some instructions on how the process works so this is really nice it's going to really educate your prospect on how this process works here and then we can go ahead and basically see how it works and just by clicking into those areas and now they have the opportunity to take their time go through the leaves make sure everything looks correct on their
