Help Me With Set Up eSignature in NetSuite

hey everyone today I'm going to be going over how to create and set up your email signature coming from NetSuite today I am in darris account so what I'm going to be doing is going to your set preferences you want to make sure you're on your home page and to get there you can either highlight over the home icon click on set preferences or you can scroll down and there's a setting box where you can also click on set preferences so here we see that Dera does not have her information filled in so we'll just go ahead and fill that in for her the from email address determines how your emails will be sent out for example when I send out invoices it instead of coming from looped out whitmer at Regina Andrew comm it comes from accounting at Regina Andrew comm so here I'll just put in Dara's email and for the signature you'll want to copy and paste that script I sent you in the previous email right into the signature block let me go ahead and copy that alright a little trick as well is some fields our text box what that does is that lets you make them bigger or smaller so if you notice on this lower right hand corner there's these events that means you can actually make this field bigger so we can just click and drag that this does make it easier to see so here we'll just go ahead and fill in the information I normally just copy and paste things over so email address take that from up here paste it in the two fields and the phone number all right now that her signature block is done the last thing we'd want to do is check the box to add signatures to messages this will make us Auto populate your signature on all the future messages that come out in this week so we'll go ahead and click on that and we will hit save and to test that out we'll go to a recent record and what you'll want to do is click on this create new our highlight over the create new icon and you'll see an email that's where you'll want to click to create a personalized email message or to select an email from a template you do not want to go down to actions and email what this does is it automatically sends out the order confirmation it does not let you personalize it or select any templates so what it would do would it would send out this email right here again to the customer which we don't want we just want to create a personalized email our select one from the template so we'll go through the create new the piece of paper with the plus sign go down to email click on messages and we'll scroll down to this box and you'll see that Dara's signature...
