Note: These examples will be for Windows (XP and Windows Server 2003) using Acrobat Reader. We are sure it will run on your other operating systems as well.
Acrobat Reader
The Acrobat Reader is the official program that does the digital signing. It should be the first program you start. It's free. It's pretty great.
If you are using Windows XP, you will have Acrobat installed by default. If this is true, you'll see a prompt (on the left side of the interface):

Now you'll need to create a user account and an account password in Acrobat:
Now click the File menu (the top of the window). From the left navigation pane, choose Manage Acrobat.

Acrobat will ask for an Admin Password, which is not used by default. You can change that password from the Acrobat user interface.
