When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.
How to virtually sign pdf?
The first few steps are the most important.
Open pdf and look at the file. It should look something like this:
Right side: page 1 & 2
Middle: 3 & 4
Bottom left: 5 & 6
It should look like this when done:
You should be able to open up your file, click on the little "..." (which is the little arrow on the top left of the window) on the bottom left of the file, and look under the "Sign" section of each page. Here's what the little arrow on the bottom left of the file looks like (note: this will also help you find those signature files you're looking for):
When you click on each line, it will show you exactly what signature file it shows:
When you scroll down through the signature files and click on the one you want, it will give you the option of signing your file:
When it's done signing, the little "x" should pop up in the bottom right.
It should look something like this when done:
It's now done!
Now when you open your file in any of these software you should be able to see your new signature with the little "x" (and the new file size will be the same as before).
