To be able to upload a photo from the photos folder to a new document, you have to do the following:
Go to your photos folder and open the photo you would like to upload to a different document Go to the Photos window on your computer Go to the View menu and click on New Folder Click the Add Folder link on the bottom right Click the New Folder button and enter your name, type and folder location (optional) Click the Browse button and search for your picture in the Photos folder (optional) When the photo is fully loaded on your computer, choose the folder, right click and choose Save to be able to save the document to the folder (optional) When the saved document is fully loaded, choose the folder, right click it and then choose Open from the pop up menu Click Open from the pop up menu and it will be saved to your Documents folder.
