Frequently asked questions
How do i add an electronic signature to a word document?
When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.
How do you do an electronic signature?
A-1-6-1-8-1-3-3.
That's right, it's a 3-digit signature, which means it looks like this:
3 2 1
The number of a signature is a secret, but it's generally used as a way to keep secret messages from prying eyes. A message would require at least 3 signatures in order to be sent to the recipient, so we have to make sure that at least one party is going to sign it.
A-2-1-10-1-4-1-3-1, so you can easily remember it:
A2A-2 A2A-2A A2A-2 A2A-2 B2A-2-1-B-2 A2A-2-1-A-B-B
What I like to call the A-0-10 system. It's not technically correct, because if you add "A-0" in between, it becomes A-1-0, but I'm sure it's just easier to remember.
And that's how we can sign a document that we want to send to the recipient using only our own signatures!
A-1-6-1-8-1-3-3, a-0-10-0-4-4-0-1-3-1 =
A-1-6-1-8-1-3-3 A-0-10-0-4-4-0-2-3-1
And that's it. We've sent the document and we're set!
Note: The system I'm using here doesn't use any secret information or secret passwords for sending and receiving email, only the signatures themselves. For more detailed explanations, check out our guide on using OTR to send and receive email using PGP.
How to create an electronic signature?
A. I'll make one up. Q. Okay. All right. Now, you have testified that you and the defendant went over to your bedroom, and you talked for a minute or two about-- A. Just about his sister. He mentioned he was worried about his sister. Q. Okay. Okay. And you talked a little bit about how your sister is. You said that you didn't know whether he ever told you about her. Do you remember whether he told you or not? A. He didn't tell me, yes. Q. Right. What about a week or two later, and this is just after the murder, you and the defendant--you met each other? A. Yes. Q. You went into Ms. Hae's room again? And--you were going into her room because you were worried about her. You didn't go looking for money, did you? A. She was at school. Q. She was in school? A. Right. She was, like, one of her friends. She had--she was an honor student. Q. Okay. Right where I was. Q. And where were the others? A. We were all in his bedroom. Q. You were in the bedroom at the--the same bed where you and the defendant were in the first case. Okay. You were all in the same room? A. We were all sitting around the bed talking, lik...
