How to signify electronic signature?
This is one of those things that people have had to figure out over the years, but most people are just now starting to think about it. It is a little bit like the way that a barcode is used, and how it's used that doesn't really make a lot of sense on a digital device but makes perfect sense on a paper document – you can't tell when you put your hand on a barcode, but you can tell when you put your hand in a letter. We just don't know how to represent electronic signature in a way that is easy to read – it's a little bit like that.

The challenge is, there are so many variables that affect it. I'm sure you guys have seen that a lot. Some fonts, you just can't make the characters work – there's...
