what is going on guys welcome back to the channel william bootsy blending thank you for your time and blessing me with your presence i know this is a hard time kovid covet covet um i did get my eido email so this is for the grant so the eido grant email i was even surprised to even get the email guys honestly and the email just basically went over my same original application so for those of you don't know i'll go into the grant a little bit the grant not the loan um was originally from the sba supposed to give all gig worker contractors business owners 10 grand if you are a business owner you're supposed to get 10 grand but now they're kind of working at where only the people in low-income areas get the balance of so i got the thousand dollar grant if i get approved for being in a hardship economic area i guess i will get the balance of nine thousand dollars deposited into my personal account because i did a sole proprietor in my personal account as a gig worker i'm a uber lyft driver now my new holding company which i didn't start till 6 29 2020 does not qualify for the ppp does not qualify for the eidl but my sole proprietorship qualified for those i'm actually gonna hear from key bank hopefully later this week hopefully they give me some good news on whether or not i go get the first ppp which is easier you notice than the second so this is where i'm just giving you a rundown of where i'm at right now um so right now i'm just waiting on some kind of great you know mysterious confirmation that they consider my area which at the time was brushport connecticut a low economic area i believe it's going to qualify um i even kept the same address even though i technically moved my address i still got access to get my mail at my old place so i just kept the addresses saying i don't want to give them any reasons for me to turn down this this uh nine thousand dollars for this grant so i'm waiting on that i'm supposed to talk to my business coach this month so hopefully i'll hear some good news he's gonna provide me with funding for my holding company hopefully they're ready they're ready to go let's let's get it done you know i got my website done i got the 1 800 number you know my corporation's been set up for several months now i want to say what almost nine months so i'm crossing my fingers god that i get some type of more business funding they did give me the loan i did get a uh e-idea alone but that only covered me for exactly what they gave me they gave me six months of working capital this is going on almost a year we've been going on with this covet situation and they only gave me six months of working capital but i was thankful to get that at the time you know i have been starting to be successful selling my online courses my holding company and my side hustle card member course check those out below um the minute guys i get any funding from any one of your sources i'm gonna immediately go into the black table program i'll probably be second or third on the on a group right now they're working on group one um i recently posted a video with the ceo from ztegrity talking about they're gonna be um the updates on what they're gonna do for group two apparently they're gonna make them california corpse because they get the paperwork back in two days and then you're gonna form file in your california court in your state so you can open your bank account stuff like that supposedly this is a faster process i don't like anything done in california but if it streamlines the process and gets you you guys your your uh corporate credit no pg this is you know supposedly these people within 60 to 90 days will see 500k to 1.5 million in corporate funding no pg for their brand new c corporation if you want more with me and build a holding company that's ironclad not like the c corp they're building for you but something the anonymity you know where you're protected and save your assets nobody can sue you because they don't know you own the corporation now with the ironclad holding company that i want to help some of you guys build the goal is to build a delaware llc not a c corp i would do a delaware llc set up as a partnership and the reason why i'm gonna do this strategy regardless i already have my first holding company i'm gonna eventually get the c corp was integrity but this will be my third holding company that i'm going to put together and the reason why i'm doing it in delaware and it's the ls llc because it's going to be cheaper in delaware because this is going to be my holding company for commercial property only so what i'm going to do is structure new llcs in the states where the property is under this partnership llc holding company and it's going to have anonymity so nobody's know that i'm going to own it and how i'm going to create the partnership is my main best corp uh holding company is gonna partner with me william bootsy blandon so it's gonna be you could use your entity as your partner so my first holding company will be a 10 owner in this new delaware court which is going to own nothing but commercial properties commercial properties um commercial deals will be structured only under that holding company new llc in the states um it's gonna be anonymity no one's gonna know i own it and the reason for doing a partnership is the way the tax attorneys break it down is um it doesn't show up on your your taxes where you have to list all the properties in your where they show up in your name you know some reason they structure it with the partnership where it shows up on your i think it's called schedule e so it doesn't show up as a whole long list of properties you know and then people tend to see you when they see you're filing for all these properties three four five commercial properties you don't want that if you're trying to build a iron-clad situation where nobody even knows you own your property other than your c corp because you're gonna brand yourself with your c corp is the way i'm going to do it i'm going to set it up in delaware with the law firm it's going to be 100 legal 100 compliant i'm going to be the one that builds the corporate credit and there's going to be the slower process of building the corporate credit out in 6 to 12 months um it's going to be dramatically cheaper than the c corp that z tegrity is setting up so if any of you guys are interested in doing one of these once you get your funding from z tegrity i'm definitely the guy to call all my information is listed below this video um you got to get me while the getting is good because once these people start getting funded with this black table money from the c-corps i plan on being a busy guy i already have two young men um i want to thank those guys they uh actually paid to they actually cash out me to speak to them directly so if you want to do that um i do have my cash up information below they paid the fee they talked to me on the phone they were excited because the minute they get the z tegrity funded they said they're going to call me up and they will definitely be working with me on a new holding company to shield their assets this c corp is not going to shield your assets guys be real with you this is a great idea for funding and i don't want to go too much into detail with the z tegrity black people program but it's no pg it's corporate credit um they want about five grand down and there's going to be some monthly expenses as well um expect about 300 extras for certain miscellaneous things a month and then they want 25 on the back end if you build your corporate credit through me and i work with you to help you fund your set up and fund your holding company it's going to be dramatically cheaper up front probably um no more than three grand up front there will still be some monthly fees involved um but i'm not taking nothing on the back end guys whatever corporate credit we get you is yours i'm not trying to if we if we work with agency and they tell you they're going to take some out to back in that's the agency but as far as my services i get you corporate spendable corporate credit um prepared to be taking your time with this one so that's why i say this is after you get your c corp funded you come back to me we sit down we structure a nice iron clad holding company nobody knows you own it you got anonymity and this is going to shield all your assets your private home your business um if you want to do a living trust down the line to old own this this is going to be the way to go to shield your assets the c corp brand yourself it could still be a holding company because you can have some operating companies under it but i just would not have any assets under that company you know that's the way i would work this you guys got any questions about the integrity about building holding companies corporate credit um all my information is listed below this video all down and we're tired of it thank god z tegrity is trying to speed the process of business funding up but even with that it's not a safe entity to put your your real assets in let's just say that this is just to get you funding get you in the door and i'm totally with it it's uh a little pricey but 500k to 1.5 million your first round of funding out of the gate and they're talking about getting it fast 16 i'm saying 90 days they said 60. realistically it's 60 to 90 with um again the slow way six to 12 months you can still get 500k to 1.5 million and not have me take any 25 off the back end so that's something to consider when you're doing this stuff either way um if you go with integrity i do get a small commission i actually make more if i set up your entity personally but i'll take the 500 commission that i will receive from z tegrity if you decide to get a z tegrity c corp no pg black table funding you have to become a card member first so there are steps and you got
