view other sub tabs within this commitment tool including change orders draw requests payment issues related items and emails they can also view the schedule of value sub tab if they allow these users to see sov items box is checked if you do not want an external user such as your subcontractor to see these sub tabs which may show things like draft or pending change orders then do not select the user from this drop-down we can enter the start date and estimated completion date when the commitment is signed you can fill in the signed contract received date when the scope is complete you can fill in the actual completion date these dates are reference fields only and are not used for sending out overdue reminders we can enter a default retainage that will be applied to all draw requests line items for this scope this retaining percentage can also be adjusted within the draw request the executed checkbox is used for the filter we discussed earlier you can enter a description and specify inclusions and exclusions we can also attach files such as contract exhibits we can browse and attach files from our computer or we can attach files that were previously uploaded to pro core out for signature until the commitment is approved commitment change orders and draw requests cannot be created and the buttons are gray and inactive let's review the budget to show the commitment we just created under the doors line-item here is the commitment we created in the pending cost changes column now we're ready to send our commitment to our subcontractor for signature which we review in
