hi sir Alfa here the migration menthol now if you haven't heard me before I am a migration menthol I'm not a recruitment agent and I'm not a recruiter and what I do is I help people with the different aspects of immigration things like job finding psychological factors immigration after immigrating and so forth today I have a little video for you where I'll show you how to find sponsored jobs for immigrants anywhere in the world in any country in any industry and any field of interest now what are sponsored jobs for immigrants you might ask well in some countries there are major skill shortages in some industries and what happens is that those employers who are involved in those industries will actually go and recruit immigrants from overseas to fill those gaps so they will sponsor people from overseas and want immigrants to come and work for them also in some cases the governments of those countries will provide a subclass visa or a work visa which only specifically caters for those instances where an immigrant can be sponsored to come and work for that employer but in some countries they don't have those specific regulations and the immigration law but still companies are looking for people from overseas so in some ways they will still sponsor them so today I'm going to show you how to find those sponsored jobs from those companies and employers and your destination country with your LinkedIn profile just using your LinkedIn profile I'm going to my computer now and I'll show you step by step click by click how you can actually target those jobs target those employers and create a shortcut for finding those jobs so that you don't just go ahead and apply for any jobs that you can find on the job banks because it's the least effective way of trying to find a job as an immigrant so let's go to my computer and I'll show you step by step click by click how to find sponsored jobs for in grunts hi guys here we are inside LinkedIn and Lincoln is what you're going to use to find those sponsorship jobs anywhere in the world now this is your LinkedIn home page or LinkedIn landing page also known as your newsfeed and before we go any further you'll need two things to be able to do this with you will need a LinkedIn profile if you do have a unique immigrant LinkedIn profile even better the second thing you will need to do is do a little bit of research about the sponsored jobs in your destination country for example in Australia they are called 457 visas and in the United States they are called h1 visas in Canada I think that is called sponsorship jobs or sponsored visa jobs its citrus I'll do a little bit of research about you know what they are called in different countries especially in the country of your choice then also you are going to need a list of keywords with which you are going to perform your search now on the screen Lee I have come up with a list of keywords for you you are welcome to expand on those or find other keywords in your search in your research and just use them a new search in your destination country also this is possible to do anywhere in the world with any country doesn't matter where you are were you going to and you will be able to apply this and search for any country in the world so let's look at how this works you need to go into your jobs tab in LinkedIn at the top of your jobs tab you will have a search box there and the location box obviously LinkedIn will bring you jobs depending on your current sittings in LinkedIn so if you have a unique immigrants LinkedIn profile even better because these jobs here will then show from your destination country even if you are still in your old country if you don't have a unique immigrant LinkedIn profile a little bit later I will tell you how to get one if you do have one it's so much more better so much easier and more effective to do this with so start our search here I am going to use a couple of examples so I need to use immigration and I'm just going to search in Auckland New Zealand for the word immigration New Zealand does not have a specific sponsorship class or subclass visa but you can just look at immigration yen you'll find jobs where people or immigrants are suitable or actively recruited so look at New Zealand and we will search in Auckland New Zealand coming up with 13 results so depending on where you are searching you'll get a number of results and obviously you will get things that on it has nothing to do with what you're searching for but that's just you know the way it's going to have to do this is by going through what you're looking for and playing with it and filtering and modifying until you get what you want in this guy's we will look at New Zealand and see if we can come up with anything let's see here expression of interest engineering and construction professionals in New Zealand so this is advertised for engineering professionals expanding this job description or job ad there are a number of things that you can see how many people has already applied when it was advertised do you know where it was posted 459 views only 177 applicants Wow that's not many and if you read through this or you can search again on the page by using ctrl if it'll open up a little search box at the top here to search for keywords and that page just to highlight you know so you don't have to read through everything and this is too neat New Zealand immigration requirement age health character its Hitler for the visa a residency application but if you read a little bit more here it says to meet the demand of the market we welcome people want to really criteria to continuously careers in fact full advantage of the quality of the lifestyle and then they want to hear from all these roles here so obviously this recruiter company whether they are they are recruiting people for in engineering and construction from overseas this is where you need to get in contact with him this is where you need to target them apply for these jobs so very quickly that's an example for New Zealand let's look at somewhere else let's look at Australia and we will go to four five seven visa because that's what they are called in Australia and we will go to say Perth Perth in Australia we get two results so see how we get a few results so let's look at just four five seven oh we get a bit more here and let's scroll down here and see you know what what comes up what what can actually be found in these in this job so let us look at automotive service centre manager and if you look through here also two weeks ago only 18 views well so not many views on this one and three applicants oh my goodness so looking here it's just put a little P word and the control.if box and however upstanding international candidates offshore might be considered for four or five seven work sponsorship if ready to move within a month notice if you've done your bits and pieces for Australia immigration you are ready you ask you to cease your language is done on you everything is done you are ready to go you are an applicant and you are maybe going to be one of three or four people and you're the better one guess what's going to happen you're going to get this job so see the opportunities here see how you need to jump on these things and know what you're doing and go after the targeted jobs go to the shortcuts and find these things be so does not make much competition in this job if you're really outstanding you're ready to go there's no reason why these people won't employ you so this is how you find those things so let's look at another one here we'll go to the United States now in United States these visas are called the h1 visas and but be careful about the u.s. at the moment there's some things going on with immigration which you might have an effect on these visas I'm not saying that there are you know going to be completely shifted to the side but just know that the immigration problems in New Zealand is and the America is at the moment at the forefront of everyone's mind and they might not be many of these things available but so baby needs to look at software developers IT staff always in the mount all over the world it's a good bet both of six months ago only 38 views Wow only three applicants oh my goodness see this so let us look at here each one and see if we can find and will sponsor h1 visa for outstanding candidates exceptional benefits apply again if you're a candidate is exceptional that's upstanding that can prove that you are getting contact with these people doing things that other migrants are not going to do the migrants are going to apply Joseph ecv you go one step further and use your relationship building strategies which I teach also in my programs and you go ahead and be one of these people I promise you you're going to get this because I so hard up for people to do these work and it's just C++ and developers here so easy the you go this is a massive opportunity here even at the moment with the problems is happening there obviously you'll need to find out you know depending on where you come from but this is an opportunity this is just one example of an opportunity that's available B let's look at Canada in Canada is not a specific class but you know they call these our sponsorship or sponsored visas and so look let's look at visa sponsorship and see if we can find one Cheyenne Toronto and Toronto in Canada and it comes up with 29 results fee right at the top here UI development manager based in Bangkok now what's this all about you know 168 views are six days ago is only 13 applicants oh goodness me you can read through this here and see what they what they are offering if you're interested this unique and exciting opportunity please apply online relocation support and visa sponsorship as available for international engineers Wow if your engineer there you go this opportunity to go overseas to get this job as an immigrant go for at these only 13 applicants here so look at that use of huge massive massive opportunity here and I can't see why people are not taking these things up I can't figure out why people haven't been able to find this way of finding these targeted sponsored jobs for immigrants where the country and the employer will actually help you in getting your visa and even help you relocate look this is you know relocation support is available here some of these people will pay for you to go they so just quickly guys this was a couple this these were a couple of examples here but what you need to do is go get your unique immigrants LinkedIn profile if you have a LinkedIn profile just a LinkedIn profile that's fine unique immigrants LinkedIn profile more make it easier go to your job step start doing those searches v now here's the other part which is going to be even better for you so if you do a search you will also see that you can create a search alert so instead of you're just finding these jobs with searches which takes up so much time and if it set up a search alert here and you can see when LinkedIn needs to think you this alert you know I've set up a search alert with this keyword I want to receive a daily or weekly however you want to be notified through email or on your mobile or desktop notification that means it comes into this jobs box in LinkedIn and you can just save that so LinkedIn will actually create a search alert for you from the search that you have done in the search box so if you say four five seven visa for Australia say you do Sydney if I can spell here Sydney in Australia you do that search create a search alert and you want to receive that daily in your email and in your linked inbox and for jobs and you save that and you can see that that's going to come to you and you can manage these searches I will display up here in your LinkedIn box and your jobs tab and you can manage these searches that you sit up here you know you can delete the ones that are not relevant anymore etc so create a couple of those in these more photos these are lots of things to play with you your industry your job title your experience level etcetera etcetera I would also if I were you go to the preferences tab and your job box and seek up your preferences here make sure that these things are all set up we're going to go to all of them in this video because it's really logic and add your location where you want jobs to come from and make sure that you set up these things properly now when you deal with me when you get me to help you with through those settings a little bit by bit by bit and set up a unique immigrant LinkedIn profile so that these jobs can come to you you get them in here you don't have to go and search for them and also I teach you the shredded which only 1% of people apply which are relationship-building and direct approach strategies using linkedin and going much much further than just having a linkedin
