[Music] today we're going to talk about lists of sea marketing directors and regulations in the eu okay so so uh nowadays uh i have seen many products out there the ce mark or the product like my mouse or other electronic device but uh what does that mean so when a product has a ce mark c label it means that if this product conform to the health safety and environmental protection requirements required by the european union but it does not necessarily mean that this product are is compliant with the manufacturing safety manufacturing requirements so uh is the sea market only applied to you know certain categories of product yes uh actually not all the products requires the marketing fee label or allowed to be a fixed ac label only certain products that are subject to one or more than one of them 25 um ce marking directors that are required or allowed to be ce month okay but uh can you give me some examples like what kind of products will be covered by the sea market um okay so um generally speaking there are consumer products and like medical devices and machinery and or other non-consumer products like um transportation no systems but that's not consumer products yeah well i heard you say about medical device uh especially this time like the government 19 like so uh what kind of medical device need to be seen if i want to import ghost product to eu okay uh yeah um like face mask facebook yeah and 95 and 100 and also um medical surgical guns and also surgical gloves or medical clothes interesting so again now like the medical device we need to comply with the same directives and uh but more often that i see the electronic device most of them like they carry the sea market so uh mary asked like how about for example like the uh the ac flowers and then also for like some device that has a wi-fi enable or go to the enabled device how about that yes um for um ac adapters uh one of them it actually depends on the product specification and functions that your product contains for example uh if your products are bluetooth or wi-fi enabled then uh it might be if it is such products are regulated by a radio equipped equipment directive and for ac abductors one of them applicable directives is lvd which is low voltage directive i see so uh immersed so uh do you mean like uh i just need to fix a cu mark on the products and then i'm good to go no that's not correct because um um in order to import your products to the um any member states in the european union um merely a c mark is not enough because uh c mark having a c mark on your product does not necessarily uh guarantee that your products are compliant with the applicable standards or legislations it only means that your products are only means that your products complied with the legislation legislative requirements right so uh other than a ce mark you might also need to have your product tested from a reputable testing company and also you might need to have other documentation and labeling your products might need to comply with the applicable labeling requirements right i see so can i say like uh the ce marking is just like an indication of uh showing that the products uh has fulfilled all the requirements under the c directives so it's just a indication but on top of that you still need to comply with the labeling requirement and other documentation requirements right can i say that yes okay i see so uh i guess now we have a basic understanding about the c directives and then uh so uh yeah thank you for sharing today and thank you for asking me questions no problem it helps me to understand more about c directives as well so yes um if you want to know more about uh the topics that we just mentioned you can click the link below and then we you can check more details through your articles it's not mine so um and also please feel free to come visit our website and we will show more and more knowledge about the compliances and we will see you in the next video yeah don't forget to if you like the video don't forget to like and subscribe to our channel and so you can get more compliant product compliant videos thank you see you next time bye
