example of a weak cold call introduction so weak the first 10 to 15 seconds of a cold call make or break that call in this video today I'm going to share with you guys two very strong and powerful Kolko introductions that just work that set yourself up for success on that cold call if you guys plan to use one of these Koko introductions make sure you smash the like one subscribe to this channel do it works well for me it might work well for you guys Francois thanks for taking my call it's matt with XYZ company I'm telling them who I am and who I'm with and then this is my favorite part listen Francois I know my call is an interruption to your day can I have 27 seconds to tell you why I called I'm calling myself out I'm telling them I know I'm an interruption I know the last thing you want to do is be on the phone with the salesperson right now I'm a sales guy making a cold call like yay can I have 27 seconds to tell you why I called him asking for permission now why 27 seconds why not 25 seconds why not 30 seconds 27 seconds grabs the attention of the prospect and piques their interest it's a finite number a finite amount of time and most people have 27 seconds to hear me out and if they don't like what I have to say after that 27 seconds cloak they can hang up with me all good this is a very strong powerful opening line it works really well for me and a lot of sales people who know it I know it's gonna work well for you guys another strong cold call opening mine that I've been using that's working really well comes from Benjamin Denny he's the most hated sales trainer in the UK he has a YouTube channel and you're about to see a clip in one of his YouTube videos on a live cold call performing his opening here it is the key to Coe cooling is not to care what the outcomes going to be no attachment to the out no attachment to the okay and I'm not gonna talk about me so we can't reject me you can only reject the proposition so let's try a seven and if he when I practice it enough and do enough of these my to now he and pacing his ring it's awesome stuff and I know I mentioned a couple times why I like these so much these two introductions it comes down to permission-based when I ask for permission from the prospect and they give it to me I know that for 27 seconds or 30 seconds but I'm probably not going to get interrupted or here in objection I'm gonna be a little layout the reason for my call why they should speak with me what I can do for them and end with an open-ended question that takes control of the call I've done it in the past guys where I just go in and start pitching and start talking asking for permission works a lot better on a cold call and I get that time allotted to me to make it happen and deliver which opening
