foreign welcome to today's video so in today's video I'm going to go through how you send an invoice on PayPal the first thing I'll say is I've seen other videos and they do it on their phone you cannot do this properly on your phone most of them are just request to money okay so let's get into the video and I'll show you how so go over to your laptop or PC go over to paypal.com go login okay so once you get here you need to log into to your account I should also say you can only do this on a business account as well you can do this in a personal account okay so let's log in okay now that you're logged into your account okay you're going to go down to where it says actions here you are and you can just put in the customer email item name and amount if you want to send a basic invoice but if you want to see it in the more detailed invoice you can so click add more details it'll bring you to the whole page you can do a lot more things here and you can customize that you can so you can this will be your address where it'll appear in the invoice you can add your logo by clicking here it'll give you the dimensions as well you can put your quantity from a tint like is it your quantity your hours amount depending on whether it's a service or a product you can also put your currency that you're building them in you can build to a single customer you can build to multiple customers you can also click on the this here initial it'll bring you a drop down of email addresses already saved you can put your invoice date for the work um if you have your own invoice number and system you can put in the actual invoice you've used on us here and you give the same one again the item if you've already set up products you click the drop down it'll give you that your quantity and your taxes you can do here so you can add text if you don't have it set up so you can do like say vat standard rate and then you can put in your percentage for me and Ireland that will be 23 and you click add okay so with tax added so we're saying no tax and then we're assess gender 23 and then we're going to see your price you know and then you can see here it automatically adds my standard vas it does so that's if you want to do it or if you have if you're not actually that registered you can click no attacks and it's just basic one Euro you can put in the description of the products or services same thing down here again you can add more items you can you can add a message to the customer you can obviously add your terms and conditions and you can add a reference number first make it easier to pay and then again there's more options down here you can upload you know files pictures of what you want and you can this is a memo that only you will see that the customer won't see and then you can just simply click Send and at that point it will send the customer and they'll have a link to actually pay the invoice for you so that's how you do it and I also forgot to say the due date you want to put on the receipts no Judas specify exactly how long when the payment terms are but essentially that's how you create an invoice properly on PayPal so I hope you enjoyed this video if you did please give the video a big thumbs up subscribe to the channel if you have any questions just drop them below thank you very much for watching foreign [Music]
