How to Preview Your Document Before Sending It?
When hundreds of documents are processed each day, completing them all properly and avoiding mistakes can be difficult. SignNow allows you to preview every document before sending it to be signed by a recipient. After you’ve added all fields and indicated the email address of a signer, enable the document preview feature to be sure it looks professional and does not contain any critical mistakes.
To get started, upload the document you need signed to your SignNow account by clicking the Upload Document button.
Once your document is uploaded, open it by clicking the More button on the right and selecting Open Document from the dropdown menu.
Add text, date, signature or other fields to your document by dragging and dropping them from the toolbar on the left. You can assign roles, change the name of labels and make them either required or conditional.
Click Done in the top right corner of the page to save your changes.
To send this document out to be signed, click Invite to Sign.
Before entering the email address of a recipient, click the Preview button to enable the document preview feature and ensure that the document contains no mistakes or wrong information.
Click Edit Document if you see that something has to be changed, or click Close if you’re finished with the document preview.
When you're ready to send your document, click Send Invite.
You will be automatically notified via email when a recipient has signed your document.
Besides making my signature look better than normal, the app was easy to use and intuitive.
