all right so what I'm going to do is I'm just going to do a quick walk through on how you set up your logo and all of that on your Zoho account for your invoices so the first thing you do is you go to Zoho you sign up here I've already signed up uh best if you use your Google account because that'll keep things simple so when you've signed up you'll actually go directly to this page now what you want to do is you want to hit the getting started button and what do you want your invoices to look like so we'll start off with the invoice now you'll want to upload an image now where you find these images or the image that you want to upload you go here go to artwork look for the one that says invoice or profile now the reason it says profile is because it's a square image but it's actually made so it'll show within a circle so it'll work as a profile image as well so this is the one you want to download that then go back to Zoho invoice click upload it's the image we just downloaded and the image has now been saved save and proceed now you can give your customers zero and portal to pay you on you if you set up the portal you will end up paying transaction fees but that's not actually too bad for having the customers be able to pay you online so this here is basically what we're going to be looking at estimates which is quotes reoccurring invoices and that's about it start invoicing so the next thing that you'll have to do is you'll have to create a customer go new customer if an individual let's say uh Mr Smith and then you just go and fill everything in here here's where you put your currency and that's basically all you need I'd put his address in here and all those other details but we're going to skip that okay into display notes so John Smith and what I would do with the invoices I'd actually change the first number uh speaker system random like 706 it's just so it doesn't look like continue to so we'll start at number 707 okay now we've got everything else uh now you can put any item you like so put it under service I'll go lawn mowing uh with the price here you have to put in a price but don't worry about it because you can actually change that in the invoice so let's say forty five dollars and basic and this is where you put your terms and conditions I'll have a link and the invoicing on the invoicing page that has my terms and conditions so you can copy and post those straight in there and then you can go save and send and if you want to view the invoice foreign so we'll go back to save and print and this is basically what your invoice looks like so you're all done if you want to email in the invoice you'll have to set up the email address and everything if you want to email them you'll have to set up the email address and all that I'm not horribly familiar with the software as as you can see because I use wave which is which was the original version of the software but it's not available on New Zealand anymore so this is the alternative okay so I hope that helped and yeah now you know how to print an invoice and it's the same if you want to do a quote exactly the same okay I'll catch up with you on the next video
